I needed a van from Brittany in France to Stockholm in Sweden because of a house move. I discovered City Drop could do this, pick up in Brest and leave the van in Stockholm. Terrific. I hope they expand.

When extending a reservation, any overrun beyond the initial time slot automatically triggers a new billing period. This means the charge corresponds to the applicable daily rate, as well as any associated insurance coverage if selected.
This pricing structure is outlined in our rental terms and ensures that the vehicle remains properly insured and allocated within our scheduling system.
We understand that this can feel significant for a short overrun, but it reflects the activation of an additional rental period rather than a simple per-minute charge.

Beware of this provider. It's a rip-off! Customers are lured with €1 prices. During the booking process, the price suddenly increases to €100 without any warning from the system. If you cancel, you'll be charged twice as much. In the end, the error cost us €200. The provider is completely unaccommodating when it comes to refunds.

When you make a reservation independently on our website, you are required to read and accept the general terms and conditions, which constitute a service agreement.
By confirming and paying for the booking, you are considered fully informed and in agreement with these terms, including any applicable late fees.
We cannot be held responsible if you did not read the rental terms and conditions prior to accepting them.
The app didn't worck properly. No at the pick up neither at de dropping.
The company didnt put any facilities to solve it and it costed me in taxis 170€
The concept is good but app needs to be verified.

Very good service. Easy to pick up the van, and drop it off. Customer support is very responsive. No human interaction is needed. Everything is done through their online platform. Will I go with them another time? Definitely. Thank you City-Drop

Moved from Paris to Switzerland and it was really handy to find a one way rental. App was relatively easy to use - drop off was a bit of a challenge with the app but managed. Manual transmission was a bit tough in slow moving traffic out of Paris but otherwise it was fine

I loved that City-Drop allowed me to pick up and drop off the van via self-service. This was really helpful because I wasn't sure of my exact availability until the night before picking the van up. On a technical level, the van was clean, ran well, and was exactly as described. The customer service agents were responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
