Dreadful company in Aylesbury UK, they bought the unit opposite to us, and it is way too small for their needs. So their constant deliveries happen at their neighbours' expense. Their crews are constantly using our carpark to turn around, and their vans are parked on the pavements making our turning restricted and dangerous. I expect they are saving money by doing this. What a bunch of....

Dave on behalf of Openreach ( Circet) installed our full fibre in less than hour and set up our router DL7 8WE ( Northallerton) 20/10/25. Great job, thank you

Truly terrible outfit. They have lied to me and were barefaced about it. Terrible job. Can’t get deliveries now.

Here now to install internet fibre. Came at 2.15pm, a guy on his own drilled 3 holes and went through electric cable. He left saying nothing. Half an hour later another guy came to say what had happened and an electrician was coming to repair my electrics. He said the guy who did it was a trainee. Now told that electrician be here around 5pm. Time I writing this is 4pm.
What a joke, a trainee carrying out work on electrics on his own with no supervision.
Update, their manager arrived about 4pm on 30th July, confirmed trainee drilled through electrics. Said all 3 of them would stay till electrics repaired and complete installation. At 4.45pm they all drove off in the their vans without a word said to me. Electrician arrived 5.05pm repaired electrics but had to knock off plaster and remove radiator to access wiring and repair. Couldn’t refit radiator as not qualified. Now left with knocked off plaster, no radiator on wall and damaged decorating.
Openreach who it would appear have contracted out this work to Circet have not contacted me to say when they will return to install and when they will repair damage.

As per Circet response I completed their online form with my complaint on 4th August 2025. This was received by the Ireland office and then forwarded to the UK office to Gabriela Kopernatzka. I have contacted her by email twice now and I have received no reply. Can someone please respond.

Jason and Aidan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Jason called to arrange the start of the job early which was brilliant and throughout all were so professional, friendly and ensured the best standards of work. They explained all of the processes, how to use the wifi and who to contact in event of any issues. They honestly made my day and it was a really lovely experience having their input and help. Jason and Aidan are a credit to the company and I couldn’t rate them highly enough.

I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys definitely deserve it.
Well what can I say. Jason traynor arrived on time and introduced himself, we had a walk round the house I was explaining about walls that were coming down due to working on the house and he explained where in the house I could have my new broadband. I valued his experience and it went in perfectly. He made it so no damage will be done while the work was going on which I really appreciated. He the arranged for a cherry picker guy to come and two lovely men came and were very patient as someone had blocked the access but they still waited. Zilfaqar Malik Mr Ammadditta completed there job and need to check my WiFi was working. All 3 of these gentlemen were so professional and polite I would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Jason for all his hard work

Brilliant service. A engineer called Jason came out to install my new fibre broadband line. Went out of his way to ensure a good clean installation inside and outside my property running a new wire from the pole. He was very polite and helpful ensuring everything was working correctly before he left. Brilliant service all round would recommend.

Circet Ireland, contracted to instal fiber broadband Ireland.February 24 circet we’re installing fiber broadband in Kildare. They were passing my house and discovered that they required to dig up my garden and driveway to pass my house in a straight line. They contracted Kilkenny contracts ltd to do this job. 6 months on and the driveway is disassembling down to
gravel. The two lawns were never repaired. Two emails to this company and no reply, or contact. Several complaints to circet and I’m told nothing to do with them I would need the job number for a complaint.

Quand on en sait pas conduire on ne conduit quand on veut glander on s arrete mais on ne mets pas la vie des autres en danger

Dreadful. Engineer booked two days running. Failed to turn up both days with text just stating they couldn’t make it.

Alex the pole engineer is a gem.

We had troubles with our toob internet connection and had Alex come round to check the connections on our box, the cable outside and finally the pole it was connected to. Seemed like the pole itself has issues as well. Considering the neighbours also have issues it's likely connected to a service done earlier by another engineer.

Alex was kind, considerate and even offered us a better internal cable that we should have received last time anyway. Everything you would expect of a great service. We are now awaiting a fix

They put their staff into thousands of pounds worth of debt. £10000 for me. Then the tax hits u. Then u need a loan which they will offer. Month after month. Becuase they have done some fraud with hmrc. And then expect you to work off your loan so u can't leave. They promise you your car allowance but won't pay it. 5 months I waited. They will promise a pay rise. But not give it. They will promise a promotion and a bonus. But not follow through with their promises. They will promise ppl the same job hoping u don't talk. No pay rise. Then they don't pay your last 2 wages when u hand your notice in. Get u into more debts
