High-Quality product if you ever receive it . . .

Product is decent but the delivery is SUPER delayed. I ordered my coat in November 2025. I received the coat and it was too small - so I was encouraged to find another purchaser to swap with another purchaser but could not find a medium. So I paid $100 to send it back to France. That was in February. I finally received notice that they had a medium for me and they decided to send it by ship back. It will be June before I receive it. I understand it is a small company trying to get its footing - but over 6 months to get a product is a bit unreasonable. The clothes from French companies are exceptional in quality so I ordered from them quite frequently - unfortunately I don’t think I would ever order again due to poor shipping logistics.

Complete lack of communication , where is my order !

Order placed in early February 2026 now 4th May , I’ve had to constantly chase up order as they do not update you . Was told I’d receive tracking on 24th April , still nothing . As I have mentioned to them in past emails I have paid full price for a coat 12 weeks ago now , seasons change so I probably won’t wear it now for another 6 months . Getting really fed up now , shipping/delivery from France to UK should not take long. Complete lack of communication.
