It takes a lot of time to accumulate enough CBs to cash out and when you do they take too much time to process it. It's been 3 weeks since I made a redemption request and I still haven't got my gift card. Their customer care never responds.

Very bad experiences from site-
(1) earning is very slow only peanut lab surveys pay but very low
(2) I did a survey from their offerwall personaly, they showed that amount is credited for survey from their side but it was not in my cb account. When i tried to contact cb i saw very bad way for asking help , no place for screenshot but despite this i submit my enquiry form. Now it has around 6 days but no even single mail from them.

I have never redeem from their site and i think they will not give any money . So Now i am leaving Cinchbucks.

Terrible. You’ll be happy to earn 1000 cab within a couple days. Then you’ll wait for the giftcard you’ve redeemed. “Pending approval” “pending approval” “pending approval” that’s all it’ll say. Don’t use. I am going to comment this so many times that their overall score will be one star. 0/10.

I have been contacting them from more than 2 week but there is no response and they have not even send me my flipkart voucher it has been 12 days since I ordered my voucher but there is no update and they don't even reply us back.

Very nice survey site quality survey are available here which I enjoy doing it.

Great support group, fast communication, and all around great site!

I'd give them a negative score if I could. They let me redeem my money, made me wait weeks to get my money which I never received because they cancelled my redemption order. Support doesn't respond to you so don't bother. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a survey site.

It is one of my favorite site and I earn money in this site is very high when compare to other site I love cinchbucks

The time taken to process the reward and sent the reward is very slow. I had made a redemption request on 25/06/19 but till now the the status is showing as Pending approval. If they are slow in processing the rewards for a longer time then they must inform the time limit of processing the reward in advance. The customer support is very pathetic and there is no support at all. We never hear from them when we put a email to them.

First of all, I am afraid that the surveys at Your-Surveys are either fake or the particular website really works.
1. For every survey attended, they make us to answer many questions and at the end , we receive a message as
"Thank you for participating in this survey!Unfortunately, we have already achieved enough responses for this specific target group. Please know your time and efforts are greatly appreciated.

To check your account or update your personal information so that future surveys fit your interests better, log in here. If you have any questions, please visit our FAQ's. Thank you."
2. Sometimes, the time taken for the survey are more than the duration specified.
3. Out of my 40+ surveys attended, I was not successful in not even one, whereas I was rewarded for 10+ other surveys in Cinchbucks website

4. Getting gift cards is also difficult and redemption is again a tedious task.
