The site is weel done, fast and clear. The shop is complete with a big choice of atomizers, box mod and all you need for you e-cig. The liquids are categorized by taste and the future of filter them based on various parameters is a good thing.

A store I trust! I have ordered from Cigabuy various Times and have always been very impressed with the service: they have some of the best prices on the web and a wide choice of items, I've never been let down on any of my orders.
I always got a tracking code and could rely on customer service if I needed further help.

I've only one SLIGHT niggle with Cigabuy, when I made my first order I had reason to contact them. As it was my first order with this Chinese Co. lets just say I was naturally cautious and when I hadn't received a reply in 2 working days I naturally feared the worst ;o(
But I was unaware that it was a Chinese national Holiday and all my concerns were solved upon their return to work. This could have been solved by a little automated message stating this!
I'm now on my third order and now have the confidence in this Co. of which they truly deserve, they have Top Name Products at very attractive prices. But you have to learn to wait until they put it on Special at certain times of the day and pop it in your basket and pay for it before they take it off again until the next day! Yes it's good fun when you realise what's going on ;o) but very frustrating until you do!
Bottom line is SO GOOD SO FAR! and based on that I can't recommend them highly enough, and I shall keep returning until I have good reason not to!!! Enough Said I think ;o)

Mi primera experiencia con esta tienda no ha podido ser mejor. Les compré un SMOK Mag + TFV12 Prince. Al cabo de unos pocos meses el botón de calada empezó a fallar y se lo hice saber. Me pidieron un video de muestra y, en una semana tenía otro nuevecito en casa!
El tiempo de respuesta fue relativamente rapido en todas las comunicaciones, >24 horas.
Esto contrasta con la experiencia en una tienda española, donde les compré un Wismec Reuleaux 3 y la tapa se abría sola. Tardaron más de 1 mes en decidir enviarme uno nuevo, al que por cierto, le pasó lo mismo...
Por ello no podría estar más satisfecho con el servicio postventa, el aspecto al que considero más importante a la hora de valorar a una tienda.

Además tienen, en general, mejores precios que en Fasttech y Gearbest. El único aspecto que podría considerarse negativo es que cobran envío. Pero este, al menos en mi caso, fue extraordinariamente rapido, tanto la compra original como el reemplazo llegaron en 1 semana-10 dias. Mientras, en Fasttech las compras que he hecho me han tardado 20 dias-1 mes, aunque no puedo decir si esta es la tonica general en ambos casos.

the fist order, a capo squonk with batteries arrives without it, cigabuy didnt answer me so fix it with paypal, they say me that i MUST close the paypal dispute before sending me the batteires and a gift, I did it, the batteries arrive, the gift no...

2 next orders come ok

the 4th, i brought it form EU whareouse because of 3-7 working days arrival, but it was another lie, more than 2 weeks, slower than from china... another paypal dispute, etc....

5th order; 3 mods, one of them (vopoo mojo R) arrives bad, it was the model without R, i wanted an RDA and it comes with a claromizer... i need it quickly, so i dont open paypal dispute, selling the uforce claromizer, but another mistake more from cigabuy.

6th, 7th and 8th not arrived yet, but 7 and 8 were done a week ago and ther are only pre-registered.

So good price, very bad service, a lot of mistake, they say you to do the opposite thing that sais paypal when you have a dispute, they say you they are going to send you things and it is false, so....
i am still buying there, but is a highly risk of have problems.

I have ordered a few items now from Cigabuy and what a refreshing change, i had no hassle, great communications, got exactly what i ordered when i ordered it and if no stock kept upto date all the way through the buying process, im always looking for the cheapest prices but id rather pay a couple of extra dollars at Cigabuy as their customer service is second to none, lastly the items i have bought from Cigabuy the prices have been fantastic and unbeatable
