I have purchased Chuwi pc's previously, and been very satisfied with their products. Noticed that they had tablets on offer, and decided to try it out as my existing tablet is now very dated. Purchased 10.5 tablet on Global Store. Received well inside projected time peried. It seems very good quality product at excellent price + includes protective case, and also comes with latest android system installed

Product with problems on screen, assistance under warranty doesn't exist, no chanche to contact by phone. Bad company, product, service, Keep away from them

I ordered one item from chuwi website. I was skeptical when I ordered whether he would come or not. I ordered and waited. After a few hours I received information that the order was ready to be shipped. In less than 5 days, the postman brought the item. Kudos to Chuwi. I'll keep ordering from you.

⭐⭐ Beware: Poor Customer Support from Chuwi Store⭐⭐
I'm sharing my recent ordeal with Chuwi Store to warn others about their lack of support. I purchased a tablet from them less than 6 months ago, and it suddenly started malfunctioning. Each time I try to unlock the screen, the tablet freezes and restarts on its own.
Despite reaching out to Chuwi Store several times for help, their response has been disappointing. Initially, they provided a link to download files for a factory reset, but even after following their instructions, the issue persists.
What's worse is the complete silence from Chuwi Store since then. They've stopped responding to my messages, leaving me with a defective device and no assistance.
This experience has shattered my trust in Chuwi Store. Not only has their product failed, but their customer service is also nonexistent. I urge anyone considering a purchase from them to think twice.

i bought a pc for 400 euros. received it promptly all working ok. after about 5 months it just did not start up anymore. emailing the after sales did not get a reply. after around 4 emails i finally got a reply with a address in Germany to send the pc to ( paid the parcel costs myself) after a month still no confirmation having received it. after many emails they finally confirmed having received it and asked for 6 weeks to repair it. It has been 5 months now. they never reply any emails. Only through facebook messenger they reply and apologize and say they will send it back asap. But they never do and they never contact you. It is a scam, they steal your pc and your money. I hired a laywer but as they have no physical address in Europe ( the german address does also not exist anymore) it is hard to sue them. Stay away from Chuwi, bad quality and no guarantee or service.

the pc constantly blue screens and reloads , it has a reduced bios, support is non-existent. total waste of a lot of money.

I ordered a mini PC which arrived promptly, but it was not my liking. I tried to contact the support for the return address since they do not provide one on the webpage, but they did not answer. Only after opening a case on paypal, I got a return address. I sent the package back to this address, but also there I got no response. Now I need to open another paypal case to get my money back. The PC may be acceptable, the customer service is a joke though.

Initially wanted to purchase a secondary tablet for travel & business use. Have wanted a MS surface or similar windows-based tablet, but many lacks input ports like usb type A or even display ports. Chuwi Ubook X satisfied most criteria. So decided to give it a try...... Delivery was snappy and I could get my hands fast on the tablet. Have told the customer service that I need a 3 pin UK plug and they do their best to shipped with the UK plug.

Believe that Chuwi this brand will bought about reliable & value for money products in future to come......

The stylus was not included in the delivery. Which was disappointing. I am hoping this will be sent later. but apart from that ( which for me is very important) all was very good, and the basic machine delivered is excellent

i like its quick delivery and computers work well shame have trouble updating operating system when have trouble chuwi responds to your emails you should put drivers link or downloads in package so if problems we have them
