Very great, slim, light and fast in performance. But the surface is quite hot after using long time. Excellent product in general.

I sent my brand-new DOA (Dead on Arrival) laptop to Chuwi for repair in early August 2024 due to a faulty sound card from day one. Since then, I’ve experienced nothing but delays, silence, and unprofessionalism.

Timeline of This Nightmare:
- August 2024 – Sent laptop for service (DOA sound card).
- November 2024 – Last email from Chuwi: "Still under repair."
- February 2025 – Over 6 months later, still no laptop, no updates, and no response!

At this point, I genuinely question if they plan to steal my laptop and never send it back. I’ve been more than patient, but Chuwi has shown zero accountability.

Avoid Chuwi at all costs—this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They take your money, take your device, and then, as it seems, vanish.

The Laptop was received damaged.
Chuwi said it was DHL's responsibility.
DHL said it was the shippers responsibility who would be Chuwi. I have sent DHL's response letter to Chuwi
with no word back.

Not okay with ordering products and then being stuck with a long holiday and the shipping issue, there was a change, even though the first announcement was February 14, then it was changed to February 17, another 3 days late. Probably won't order from the main page again, better to order from the app of your own country, the price is not much different. Order from the page because I didn't know it was sold on other apps.

I had been going back and forth on what laptop to use for Uni and decided to give the Chuwi Corebook X a shot. Haven't been using it for long, but I'm already very impressed with the product. I was also very surprised by the size of the track pad. It's significantly larger than any laptop I've used.
Overall, very impressed and am looking forward to using this for a long while :)

Ordered Hi10 X! + keyboard + kickstand but only received the Hi X! tablet without the keyboard or kickstand

Fast shipping, nice small form factor, good product quality and quick response from customer support queries. However, product can be further improved to include support for Windows Hello login, TF/SD card slot and support and compatibility for common stylus pens.

In the end I decided to replace CHUWI AEROBOOK PLUS.
The new computer will certainly not be a chuwi.
It is the one that
lasted the least and gave me the most problems. I just bought the discovery that it had a processor that has been out of production for several years.
Problems with the USB ports, the screen panel that is disassembled and broken, excessive heat when using 3D applications, problems with the ssd memory, the battery charger that is broken, poor reception of weak wifi signals and at last black screen. I don't understand how chuwi can have the courage to call new computers on sale "pro" when they have cheap processors.

Realy quick response, fast return of funds for a product I purchased in error. Fast shipment and the use of FEDEX is really good. My first order is a positive experience. I first know of CHUWI products when I purchase a CHUWI tablet at a KERO store in Luanda Angola. I am so impressed that I would like to be a CHUWI rep in Brasil.

Excellent buying experience. Good contact with the company. Delivered earlier than predicted. This tablet is superb value for money!

Return & Warranty &Service are not working. they are scamming on it.

The purchase and delivery experience went better than expected. The computer was shipped and delivered in a very timely manner.

CHUWi is not answering even after sollecitating by over 20 mails, the aftersale service is not reliabale,
My mini pc 5th generation went with a black screen under guarantee time and after nearly 4 months still NOT get any item back send for repair to the indicated Service Center in Germany,
What we learned, NEVER CHUWI again
At the end, you are loosing money and can t use the item, in the mean time I had to buy a new pc and this time it cames from Lenovo/HP= this is working better

The computer I bought worked for about 15 minutes, after Windows setup and updates, it rebooted and I never had an image on my monitor ever since.
I contacted support, They have a terrible response time, waited over three weeks for someone to tell me to send the computer in for repairs.
I sent them the computer, to the address in Germany they told me, and since then I never heard from them again.
I know the item got delivered because I have a tracking number, but after several inquiries on the status of my request, still no answer.
I would not recommend this company at all.
I paid almost 500 euros for an item I had to send in for repairs after 15 minutes of use, and never heard from it ever since.
They are scammers, do not buy their products.

My complaint email about a USB hub missing from delivery were unanswered. Chuwi don't supply PC's with UK keyboards which prevented me buying any more PCs from them.

Excellent website, made it very easy to place an order. Despatch was very quick, frequent updates were provided.
