We bought our kitchen in 2019.
In november 2025we complained that the extractor hood did not function well and diswasher door hinges we failing as well.
Complaint in november 2025 and church promised they would contact Teka for the hinges and Elica for the extractor hood.
It took Church 5 month to reply and the answer was that we passed the guarantee and they could not help. I am aware that guarantee is only 3 years but we had excepted they would give some more service but nothing of this. We had to pay 308euro for a new extractor hood which we can accept. What for us unacceptable is the total price of 875 euro( installing, taking out the old one, taking the rubbish. )
A lot of money for a 2 hours job.

We are very statisfied with our new kitchen and bathroom. Perfect installation. All the "little problems"were in a creative way dissolved by the forewoman. They kept all promises!!

Disappointed!

Some time has passed since my kitchen was installed at my Javea villa. Firstly, I think I paid more than I should have and the quality of my work tops is well below par.

I have experienced many issues with the services (electrics etc). Finally, I had to call in a Spanish electrician to rectify all the problems. I am still awaiting compensation

Excellent service and good value for money.

We engaged Church Kitchens to install a new kitchen in our apartment in Javea. Every member of staff, from beginning to end, demonstrated a commitment to excellent customer service. I am very glad we placed our trust in them, and would recommend that others do the same.
