Product Was Good Quality
The product was good for the money and is a nice quality. I have purchased the odd thing in the past. However the delivery took a while. Evri let you know they have your parcel and then you wait and then suddenly they are delivering. Other companies fall foul of this and I am often left hanging as I await a delivery date. Otherwise all good.

I have called customer services twice and replacement still not dispatched. They say they released to Evri after two days but they nor us have a tracking number that Evri have dispatched. Only told they will "escalate" the problem. We have had good service previously.

Good positive experience
I bought a jacket, too tight, and forgot to return it within the 30 return days. Called on Sunday! Super helpful. Return label provided, told me the nearest shop I could drop off. Good communication when I bought the jacket, during delivery and after. Good company. Not sure why so many negative comments.

Ordered a pair of shoes wrong size was sent, so returned using the evri return form on Chums website, didn't get refund back, when got in contact with chums was asked for tracking number as they couldn't find return. I couldn't find tracking number found qr code instead sent them that, after a number of emails and weeks, still no refund and they've stopped answering my emails

Wow the site is just a run around, they sell the same product and depending how awake you are depends on what you are charged for the same product. They seem to operate on wearing your down to give in-and pay the higher amount.

terrible customer service,totally not interested, bought 2 polo shirts that shrunk on first wash(30 degree wash), meantime i had ordered 2 more, but returned them due to shrinkage, called customer service who said well you could return the 2 new items, but sorry about the first 2 shirts not much i can do just return the others, COULDN,T CARE LESS ABOUT THE £70 I SPENT.

I was about to make an order but when I went to pay I was being charged for postage even though it clearly says free delivery. What it fails to tell you is you need to spend £50.
Really wanted the item but out of principle declined.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I purchased and returned 4 blouses which were unsuitable for a 99 year old friend.
Chums sizes are nowhere near accurate!
Refund took 2 weeks, after I'd actually received confirmation of next-day delivery of my return!!
I'm surprised that Chums average review score was as high as 1.4!!!!
Definitely won't be buying from Chums again 👎👎👎
