Claim agreed, service and engagement excellent. 2 weeks later still no replacement device. Complained. No contact to discuss the issue. Called back. Then had to make another complaint about the poor handling of the complaint. Very poor.

I put my claim in a week ago and still haven't received my replacement phone. This is because I work, and apparently the courier company cannot provide a delivery slot because it an insurance claim therefore I cannot be home to take the phone. This may not be Chubbs fault but the companies they are working with cannot provide a seamless service. I pay for my insurance every month, I have to pay an excess on my next phone bill and I still don't have a phone

I had registered for insurance of lost device but they are just doing time pass with me and asking for none important documents, like statements of call records, id for device. What is hell going now I don’t know but i am not continuing insurance with EE chubb.

I lost my phone on 28th feb went out for a few haven’t drank in a long long time had to many was plying pool darts and god knows what I was upto misses dragged me home seen the state I was in got a taxi home and is been 2 weeks nearly still haven’t had a update and now they’ve jus emailed me asking me for my id and what firm taxi I had to able to continue to review my claim like im paying for contract and insurance anyone else ever had this problem im out of phone all my work numbers everything are on it jus not helpful

The advisor who dealt with my Travel Insurance claim was so efficient and extremely kind, under very difficult circumstances. The whole experience could not have been easier or go more smoothly, was so efficient and just proves how good a company Chubb are. This expienence just proves the old saying "An Insurance Policy is only as good as how it performs in a Claim scenario" - in this case, alsolutely excellent. Disappointed with both REVOLUT who as partners with CHUBB have an obligation to support their customer base when as in my case failed to follow up with any correspondence.
Despite two emails requesting help, a phone call which was disconnected, a reply confirming receipt of my emails which never happened.

Lost my phone 2 weeks ago and did a Claim with Chubb . It is so simple for the claim for a £120 excess fee . Received my phone after 4 days . Excellent service and will definitely continue to use Chunb again.
