Never had any bad experience. Always received great service so keep it up guys!

I do not call often but for every time I call Chronicle, I always get the best service. I have recently spoken to two people - Shaun and Mike - who are both very kind, patient, and are just there to help. In previous calls, I get James. Overall, I love that these guys really walk you through it.

The system is very user-friendly and the majority of the information you require is on the knowledge base. I have used different systems in the past and they are all so complicated which requires a user to undergo a few days training. With the Chronicle system, anyone can pick it up easily. For the odd queries, it can be easily directed to support where you get to speak to their brilliant team!

Shaun is always efficient and consistently follows up to ensure my issues are fully resolved. Everyone is very helpful, but I primarily work with Shaun. Thank you, as always, for the excellent help and support.

Reliable and User friendly for all

We have been using chronicle for about 18 months now and have found it reliable and easy to use.
We have recently expanded our use for our fire drills and chronicle worked with us to help identify our needs and support us with the reports we required

The system is great and the assistance team are top notch

I have been using Chronicle at work now for around 2-years. I am not necessarily the most tech savvy user and often need to use the many help and training featuress Chronicle offers.

Whenever I have any other questions I call the helpful team at Chronicle. I was recently assisted by Shaun who could not have been more pleasant or helpful. After a short phone call my issue was fixed and all my queries surrounding it were answered.

Good system.

Good system. Made much simpler by the help of Alex Bain's who helped me set up our account. Any problem, I can ring Alex and he sorts it. It's usually user error and Alex is so helpful when minor issues arise.
If you are thinking of using this system, definitely ask for Alex Bains to be the one who supports you.

Great System

We have been using Chronicle Online for around 6 months and have found it to be a really good, easy to follow system. Any issues with the system, has been sorted within the day, the customer service is really good and really helpful. Thank you

Excellent service from Adam, correcting an error in Chronicle that had been created from a shift change. Spent a great deal of time assisting and continued keeping us up to date with progress. Very please with the speed of service and correction of the error.
