I’ve been a loyal customer of Chris & Sons for around nine years. Across our 11 barbershops in the Newcastle area, we’ve spent a considerable amount of money with them over the years.
Unfortunately, my latest experience has completely changed my opinion. My order was dispatched to the wrong barbershop, and my clippers were lost. As a result, I lost both my clippers and my money.
What disappointed me the most was the customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or showing any appreciation for my loyalty, I was told that I could simply buy my clippers somewhere else. That’s not the level of service I expect from a company I’ve supported for nearly a decade.
As a professional barber, customer service is extremely important to me. After this experience, I can no longer recommend Chris & Sons. Our team will now be purchasing from Barber Blades, as they have shown that they value their customers.
If you’re looking for a supplier that stands behind its customers, choose wisely.
