EVERYONE HAS BEEN AWESOME. THE FIRST SALES REP I SPOKE TO, ALVIN, WAS SUPER AWESOME. I HAVE HAD QUESTIONS SINCE ENROLLING AND HAVE GOTTEN THOSE ANSWERED QUICKLY. AT THIS POINT I AM HAPPY I CHOSE CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. IF I HAVE A CLAIM I HOPE IT GOES AS WELL.

I have to admit that Choice handled my repair replacement quickly and I love it

AC problem. Initially took a bit of time to find a technician in my area. When appt. was scheduled, everything went very well. Technician was knowledgeable and answered all questions. This was my first claim and I was very satisfied.

Whenever I file a claim it gets denied and they try to find away not to pay last time it was denied cause I didn’t do maintenance on copper pipes this time is cause I didn’t take apart my furnace piece by piece to clean it always trying to find away out of paying

The technican was knowledgeable and provided information about the appliance.

The person I spoke with was very helpful and patient. However you people kept calling me before I could decide about getting the service.

My kitchen garbage disposal getting water leak, I filed a claim for Choice warranty, they immediately setup an appointment and assigned a good company to my case. The company “United Appliances Repair” is very good and efficiently helped replaced the disposal, now it is working fine. Appreciate Choice home warranty’s help, i am satisfied with their service

You all didn't fix my toilet which has been in my house since we bought it in 2002,it's just worn out and you all rejected my claim, which was totally bullshit for the reason you all rejected it.

The price per month is reasonable. It is nice to know if something goes wrong we have the insurance to help us out. My representative was very nice and helped me to understand what coverage I was getting.

Good attention, amability and professionality

We recently had a problem with a Garage Door opener. Choice provided a Service Company and they come and made the repair promptly.

Customer Service rep was very knowledgeable and was a big help in me making my decision to get the insurance. Thank you so much.

We paid $75 for a technician to determine why our air conditioning compressor was not working. The technician found that a breaker had failed and referred the claim to an electrician for another $75. We are canceling immediately and spreading the word a humanly possible. They are a scam.

I had AHS for over 40 years and knew I was not going with them It was easy to compare all companies on line and Choice met my needs and price. Also, a realtor said they were the best by far

Thankful for our CHW plan, we called when the AC went out during very hot days of summer and within 24 hrs they sent an excellent contractor out to get the AC back up and running again, efficiently and on time. Thanks for the great service. Having a CHW is peace of mind.

I'm a new home owner and have Choice Home Warranty. They were running a special at the time that made the annual cost extremely reasonable. The service call fee seemed reasonable too. I found out just how reasonable when my toilet started leaking. Plumbing problems. That's going to be pricey. I called Choice. They scheduled a plumber. Plumber showed up, I paid the low service fee and plumber went to work. I was so nervous. Everyone knows that plumbing problems can be very expensive. Plumber finished the job, I said thank you and had my credit card at the ready. He left. I called Choice to let them know the plumbing was fixed, they thanked me for letting them know. I really felt like I had just done something wrong. I couldn't believe it! That was so easy. I am so relieved that I have Choice Home Warranty and I very much recommend their services.
