Worst service ever encountered
I have never left a review before, however I made an order on the 5th of August, to date my order has not been sent. I asked them to refund my shipping and send the items when they could.
Instead they refunded my whole order and didn't have the decency to reply to my message or let me know.
Worst service I have ever delt with.

Ordered 4 items
Ordered 4 items, one of which was 2.5kg of a certain chocolate. When the parcel arrived only 3 were delivered with one of them being marked as 'Refunded' due to being out of stock. If I had known beforehand I would've cancelled the order but no contact from them.
Emailed about the issue using their online form but no response.

Retro sweets galore
I ordered before Christmas, easy check out and good delivery.
All sweets ordered arrived in good condition and quality, packaged well.
Buyers must check contents before signing as if anything is missing and you except the parcel you may not be covered. So sign it unchecked if you have not the time on delivery.

What more can you want?
They say order before 12pm and they'll despatch the same day.
So i did and so they did. Ordered 11:30am on a Tuesday morning, received 12:45pm on Wednesday.
I haven't even mentioned that compared to all their competitors, Chocolatebuttons.co.uk was also the cheapest i had found.
Very Happy customer, who will definately be a returning one.
