Ordered there Belgian truffle hearts for my wife for Valentines for $120. They arrived smaller than the online picture, but the big disappointment was the expression on my wife’s face after she bit into one. It was hard, and tasted like wax more than chocolate. Totally ruined our Valentines Day. I disputed payment, but was later charged anyway. NEVER AGAIN, AND FAIR WARNING TO ALL.

Its the first time for me buying Boston Bay Chocolate.
Im no Chocolate connoisseur, but this Chocolate is to die for. I absolutely love it. Will definitely be buying more.

Chocolate Roses as a Valentine's gift for my wife were quite disappointing. They did arrive on time, but they are small an unimpressive given the cost (~$70). A dozen chocolates were smaller than my (fairly large) hands. The entire box is 5.5 inches square. They are also ridiculously difficult to unwrap. I see now that 2 days later my wife has not eaten any except the one when she first opened it.

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and Oreos for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, they were delivered while my daughter was out of town and they were ruined when my daughter received them so she threw them away. She stated the box was NOT marked clearly that they were perishable so the roommates did not ensure they were in a cool place. I contacted the company to resolve. They asked me for pictures (one - I don’t have them, and two - this became a burden for the RECIPIENT of a GIFT). When I told them I didn’t have pictures, the company simply said that the box has a label. I am out $86.95 with zero resolution and not a care in the world from the company.

The chocolate is great and the company really cares about doing business the right way. Their sources are incredible. I never knew there was so much to know about chocolate and chocolate harvesting

Chocolate is waxy and horrible. We received as a gift. There are 9 canisters of bad chocolate. Very disappointed

Delivery was supposed to be 2-4 business days- I never received an e-mail confirming shipment and no tracking number; on day 4 and then 5 I tried to contact them - both times I received a boiler plate reply with no solution - have called multiple times, phone was constantly busy; still not delivered, no shipment info, nothing. Terrible customer e - never again from this company or any other related businesses

I ran across their advertisement on Instagram and thought I'd give them a try. I ordered several boxes of their strawberries and other items as I was hosting Thanksgiving for 30 people. I received the items on December 9th, after I was assured the delivery would be as of November 27! I contacted them and they said, "Sorry" and only refunded me for half the order!! What business does this? Not an ethical one. I would not have ordered these if I knew these items wouldn't be available for Thanksgiving, and the strawberries I received were decorated as pilgrims, etc. I should have read the reviews where others complained of the same issue. I even advised them that I would be leaving them negative feedback, after being notified that I would not be receiving a full refund, and I got no response. DON'T USE THEM.

I would give chocolate.com zero stars.
I did not received my order. It was shipped by Amazon and according to tracking, it was delivered on my porch. It was not there. I tried contacting both Amazon & chocolate.com without any success.

I ordered for the first time some chocolates and one of the canisters that were a gift for someone was ripped at the bottom…I called their customer service& after sending them a photo they immediately helped and sent me out a replacement for free…very nice and quick to respond…I would highly recommend this company. Their chocolate is out of this world.!

My husband n I love truffles. We love Harry n David’s and local Hilliard’s candy shoppe. These weren’t a splurge. We hate them. Terrible flavor, waxy texture. Hard outer shell. Not just disappointing, terrible!!!!!

These ultimate malted balls were very delicious. The three chocolates, white; dark and milk were very exquisite and I will purchase again.

The miniature Belgian chocolate 'cupcakes' were adorable, and both flavors were very tasty.

We also tried the Dubai chocolate discs, our first taste of the popular treat. The blend of milk chocolate and pistachio, along with the other ingredients that make it 'Dubai', gave the discs a nice flavor. They are a little expensive for an everyday candy, but in line with prices I've seen elsewhere.

Ordering was easy, as it always is on the GOAT websites. The package was shipped with a cold pack to prevent melting, and everything arrived in good shape, with no breakage or cracking.

I like the cookie and brownie filled gems the best. I’ve only had it with dark chocolate but may ty try with milk chocolate net time. I have also given them as gifts.

The chocolate roses for my wife were wonderful. The problem was that they were to be delivered on August 30, but were not delivered until September 3.

I order a variety of 6 this last time they all taste delicious, I have ordered 3 times,One of our favorites is dark chocolate caramel.Packed well,Shipping time pretty fast,Will be ordering again.
