I was browsing through the net for some gadgets and found this site and thought let me give it a try but after seeing the site is actually hosted by Chinese I got a second thought that should I trust this site ? coz if i shop and then i dont get the product then i cant go to china to get a refund :D

So I was browsing and saw redeem points, then looked in to it, then came to know that I can write review, get points and then redeem them from items, so i started giving reviews and then I ordered a small owl shaped pocket watch for testing on 6/6/2012 the order id is "100181929" chose airmail as the delivery, after few days saw that the order has been processed and then was waiting for it, after around 10 days I almost lost hope that it will ever come so came to a conclusion that this is a waste site and they dont give anything.... but for my shock on the 13th day i got the airmail and was really shocked to see the item i ordered actually arrived, i opened and went trough the packet, it was cleanly packed in a bubble pack so it wont get damaged, the item was well intact and as shown on the site, there is absolutely no difference at all.

Now I am confident that this not a scam site but a genuine site and am greatly looking forward to do a long term business with them

At the time of my first purchase at Chinabuye site, I was afraid of not receiving the products, but I decided to pay for the risk.The delivery time was a bit long (almost one month), but I got all the products, some of them even better than I expected. I specially recommend the e-cigarettes SKU 32635, the refill cartridges SKU 31508W and the pendant watch Owl shape SKU 43962. Good products at an incredibly price! I have already received the products of a second purchase and I`m waiting the arrival of a third one, and I really intend buy more! my next purchase must be the video glasses, but I wish the site offered other forms of payment besides WU and Paypal, because they both uses to complicate the payments. I made several purchases on this site and got them all. Items are posted quickly and well packaged. Logically, I live in Brazil as the time of delivery may vary but never exceed two months. Even bought a tablet and received in perfect condition, great product, also bought one for my boyfriend and also very well packaged and arrived quickly. I recommend buying the Chinabuye.

I oredred a digital video camera on 2/23/12. The tracking site said that the item was delivered on 4/1/12. It never showed up at my door. I have tried to contact their customer service multiple times over the last week since the supposed delivery and have not received a response. THIS SITE IS A FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered from Chinabuye because what I was looking for cost 4x as much elsewhere. And it was the exact same item. It seems sites were ordering from Chinabuye and reselling at a 400% mark up.
I got my order in about 3 weeks. It was exactly as advertised and exactly what the other sites were selling. I knew I was rolling the dice ordering the 1st time, but I order again just a few days ago...and I have peace of mind about it this time around.

Chinabuye had great prices and nice products. But they have the worst customer service in history. I ordered a phone from them on Dec 4th. I got the phone in good time, but the phone I got was in Russian and I needed English. So after weeks of trying to fix it, I had to send it back. I had to pay return shipping and it took four weeks for them to get it. It took another two weeks for them to "test" it. Since Dec 21st I have sent them 91 emails back and forth trying to resolve this. It is now Feb 21st exactly two months and I still do not have my "christmas present". I am just exchanging the phone for a different model but it seems they cannot just send me a new one, they have to waste a bunch of time and do nothing. I am hoping that I will get my Christmas present 3 or 4 months after the actual holiday and hoping that I do not have to return the phone again when I get my new one. Do not call their Customer Service because they can't speak English and they will hang up on you because they can't understand what your saying. Hands down, slowest, worst, most rediculous customer service I have ever dealt with. If you buy make sure you have the right language on your product, read all the specifications carefully to ensure it is exactly what you want and you shouldn't have any problems, but if you have to return it, you are screwed because you can count on waiting another six months for it to come back to you.

All cell phone are fake! The photos are not really special to edit. All photos displayed on the web site are reworked. On almost every mobile phone is a logo of HTC, Nokia, ... The importation into Europe is a risk. The Customs confiscated all mobile phones.


Alle Handy sind Fälschungen !!! Die Fotos sind nicht echt sonder nach bearbeitet. Alles Angezeigte Fotos auf der Internet Seite sind Nachbearbeitet. Auf fast jedem Handy befindet sich ein Logo von HTC, Nokia, ... Die Einfuhr nach Europa ist ein Risiko. Der Zoll beschlagnahmt alle Handys.

I returned a phone to them 2 months ago for replacement or refund. The memory card also had 2G of capacity used up. They are dishonest and they will not honor there guarantee. They quite simply are the worst. There guarantee isn't worth the memory space it uses.

I chose "T01 Dual SIM Dual Standby Quad Band Android 2.2 GPS Capacitance Screen Smartphone" phone based on good reviews and advanced functions. Unfortunately I have received phone with wrongly functional screen. It does fit only at the top but the rest not. Randomly screen gets non-responsive or wrongly responsive. This makes the phone impossible to use. I have paid for most expensive delivery method to get phone fast and in good condition so don´t think that this problem happened during shipping. Seems that screen was wrongly fastened by manufacturer and this should be spotted before it was sent to me. Another thing is that if you write review on their site (and it's not positive) they do not publish it. Unrealiable seller.

It strikes me as odd how so many people decide to review chinabuye (this is mirrored across the internet, go look) as a five star experience and that particular review is the only review they ever do. If they have written another review about another website, they somehow dont like it and prefer (no suprises) CHINABUYE!! wowee. More interesting is how these large ammouts of positive people often simultaneously do so on one single day, and often straight after a negative review. Most often the negative reivews are one star ratings.
I think we can use our own logic to figure out what is going on here.

I wonder how many positive reviews for chinabuye this review will spawn?
NOTE: I have never, and will never buy from china buy. But I suspect none of the five star raters have either!

I wasn't sure about buying from Chinabuy but they haven't disappointed. I've ordered several products and never had to send anything back as it's always arrived in good condition. The shipping is priced well and my purchases have always been delivered on the time as specified in my invoice. Happy to recommend them to others.

Having been scammed by online stores before, I was skeptical when I first heard about chinabuye, but they did not disappoint! I have placed several orders from them and they have all been delivered in excellent condition and within the time frame stipulated in my order summary.

I would definitely recommended buying from them, their customer service was really helpful and responded to my queries within 48 hours. They could answer all my questions, even the ones about bulk orders!

This company has an amazing selection of products and their prices are incredible. They sell just about everything I could possibly need or want from adapters through to phones, cameras and even laser pointers and MP3 players.

Great website. Nicely designed and well laid out without the adverts that suddenly pop up and get in the way. Site loads really quick to which is an added bonus - amazon can take a noticeable few seconds to load sometimes…

Customer service responded in a reasonable amount of time (about 48 hours) - I was wondering what was taking so long with my order: Problem was that it left their end a few days later than expected so there was a few extra days wait. Otherwise, no complaints or problems unless you’re the hyperactive impatient type.

I will definitely be ordering from them in future.

Excellent service! I stumbled upon this company in late December. I've since placed 11 orders over the past few months and I've yet to be disappointed!

Processing of the package from the time the order is placed until it is shipped might be a little slow but if you order with "reasonable" expectations and can wait a few extra days than expected, rest assured your package will be delivered. To those who may be unsatisfied, I'll chuck it up to impatience.

It is like the shop. Already a lot of orders made, is always pleased with the rapid execution and dispatch. Good feedback. In the case of a broken product to respond promptly and offer a replacement. Good prices.

This company offers some of the best valued products. Their prices and product selection are excellent, normal shipping is free worldwide.
Since it is based in Hong Kong, it take some weeks before your order arrives. In the US, it takes from two weeks to a month to receive the order, so plan ahead.
There are two things they could improve on, one is the stock status, it's not the most accurate in the world; two, their customer service can take a few days after you put in a request, so be patient. They do work at it, and in the end you will be a satisfied customer. But you definitely need to have patience.
I recently had a defective item, and they resolved it very quickly.
One last thing, they have a great lively forum, uncensored as far as business/customer issues are concerned. That should give anyone confidence in buying from them.
