I had lessons with Will M for about two years before I finally passed my driving test. Will M has been completely understanding of my issues with executive functioning and found a way to teach me that truly worked for me. Previously, I had struggled to learn to drive and thought I would never be able to drive a manual car due to being dyspraxic.

I am so glad to have had Will M as my instructor and mentor. We’ve had good lessons and bad lessons, but through it all, Will M has been there for me. He made me a promise that he would stay with me until I finally passed my test, and he came through.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Chilled and with having Will M as my instructor. I will genuinely look back on my lessons with fondness and will be forever grateful to Will M for giving me the chance to learn to drive.

I know I talked your ear off and we had plenty of laughs during our lessons, but you really helped me achieve my dream of becoming a full licence holder.

If I see you out and about, I’ll make sure to wave in the Frank :D

Chilled saved me after a poor experience elsewhere.

I phoned Chilled feeling hopeless, nearly in tears, and by the end of the call had a smile on my face and was laughing.

Every point of contact that you’ll have with Chilled, and every step of your driving journey, will feel amazing. The office has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, truly very kind people that have your best interest at heart.

And the same can be said about their instructors, who all made me feel comfortable and safe. I learned with Will and Shaun, and Graham took me to test. They all were very knowledgeable and helpful.

A very healthy environment. Everyone I encountered spoke very highly of their coworkers, whether it was the instructors about eachother, the office or vice versa. It feels like a family, and they are all rooting for your success more than anything.

I passed with zero faults, all thanks to Chilled.

Liam was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made my son, Ameer, feel at ease from the start and he felt comfortable being taught by him.
Liam gave him a lot of confidence and today he passed his test with no minors and we’re both over the moon. My son would highly recommend him as an instructor and expect great results and an even better experience!

Liam has helped me build my confidence in driving over a course of 9 months and helped me pass 1st time. Every lesson was enjoyable and he made me feel comfortable. We always had a good laugh while keeping it professional. I would highly recommend Liam as a driving instructor.

Sam is meant to be a driving instructor. He was relaxed and calm to help ease my nerves whilst also being supportive and not letting my mistakes get the better of me. I was incredibly nervous to start driving lessons and put it off for ages, but it turns out I couldn't have had a better instructor. He's great at what he does - as proven by the fact I passed first time. I couldn't recommend him more.

I recently passed my test first time thanks to the wisdom and patience of my instructor, Will M. I started off with no experience and I was quite nervous, but over the course of my lessons I have become a more confident and capable driver. The booking process was also very straightforward. Passed first time been an amazing time with Chilled. Only had chilled lessons to learn to drive and they were excellent to have! Dan did an amazing job at teaching me how to drive and had a great experience during my time with chilled. Easy to understand and definitely a great recommendation! I shall hopefully see you about on the road!

Bought a premium experience for our daughters 16th birthday. She had a great time. Will be booking another one next year just before her 17th to give her more confidence when she finally hits the road for her first actual lesson.

Our 15 year old driver has undertaken 4 of the young driver experiences. The majority of the time she has had Will as her instructor. I would just like to say a massive thank you to him!

He has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Each time he has managed to settled our daughter’s nerves and allowed her to gain confidence within the experience.
We highly recommend him as an instructor and also the young drivers experience.

We look forward to booking her lessons with him upon turning 17.

Getting booked in for lessons was straightforward. The my tutor Sam was patient and gave me excellent guidance. Chilled turned me from a nervous driver who had barely touched a car to someone who was able to confidently pass a test first time. The Chilled team are brilliant, absolutely recommend!

My daughter had an amazing time at the Chilled young drivers event today. My daughter was extremely nervous but Martin really put her at ease and within ten minutes she was feeling full of confidence and was really enjoying it. Such a great experience for young teenagers to have as when she eventually starts to learn it will not be a completely unfamiliar concept. Was also really nice to be alongside other kids her age also experiencing time behind the wheel for the first time.

Our daughter really enjoyed two sessions at the chilled driving experience today. Sam is an expert instructor & was on her wavelength! Teaching teenagers is never easy so he was patient, kind & explained everything in a way she could relate to! He made her have fun, be relaxed but still learn the essentials. She was smiling throughout & loved learning how to drive. This driving school consistently delivers fantastic experiences of driving for young teenagers desperate to learn to drive but still a few years off ! Such a great day , second time we’ve booked one of these memorable days & we would highly recommend it as a learning experience but especially as a present to your stroppy teenager - gets them smiling, laughing, communicating at the same time as learning to drive -money so well spent . Fantastic thank you !
