I ordered an 8.09 multitool +$3.00…
I ordered an 8.09 multitool +$3.00 shipping from them through PayPal. I didn't register on their website, but only used the link they had to PayPal. I immediately received a notice from PayPal that I'd paid 11.09 to Chi Fai DEVELOP LIMITED. Something seemed awry as that PayPal user name was not mentioned on the ChicagoElectricBikes.com website. I tried contacting them at the help@ email address posted on their website , as two days had passed since I ordered the item and they hadn't sent me any notice of filling my order. I contacted Paypal to cancel my order and was told by them a couple of days later that they had contacted the seller who gave them a UPS tracking number. The first thing I did was request tracking notification from the UPS website with the given number. A couple of days passed and I received a delivery notice from UPS but to a ZIP code which was definitely not mine, and which was actually 4 zip code areas geographically distant from my own! I've tried emailing the Paypal user name which I'd paid, but it has been over a week and they still haven't responded. Buyer beware! I would definitely not deal with them again, and would recommend no one else should either.
