From the initial enquiry Rachel assisted us with every aspect of the building.
We ordered a 3mtr x 2.6 mtr log lap summerhouse to fit the base we had built for it.
Lad and Dad came bright and early and constructed it. A regular supply of tea and Biscuits assisted them on a very cold day. Great job done.

5* service from start to finish Rachel was so helpful with the design and getting the shed to look how we wanted and then the lads on the ground wasted no time at all, full 12x 8ft summer house style shed build in about an hour. quality is very very good and price absolutely will not be beaten. thanks a lot would 100% recommend

Dear Chestnut Sheds, Rachel, Danni and the installs team. Just wanted to drop a line to say how pleased I am with my 20 x 12 Apex Loglap Workshop with framed and opening windows. I have to say to anyone reading this review how pleased I am with the service and quality of the product. I researched for months to find the best product at the best price and was meticulous in stating the spec I wanted to ensure nothing went wrong. Unfortunately after finding another supplier and even driving over an hour to visit their work place and discussing the product even though I had twice confirmed the spec in writing via email, they turned up with a pent building instead of an apex building and I am still trying to get my deposit back. With this in mind I was super wary about the whole thing as when you are paying a large deposit up front you can end up with very little cover unless you can pay by credit card which most of the garden building manufacturers won't accept. After even more careful research, I came across Chestnut and all I can say is what a fantastic experience from start to finish. The girls in the office were excellent both on the phone and confirming everything via email, even supplying some hand drawn examples to ensure everything was correct. To give me extra peace of mind they allowed me to pay the deposit via my credit card which was very re-assuring. The installation team arrived on time on the day and had the workshop up in a few hours. As I was at work they spoke to my wife who called me about positioning of the unit and were finished just after lunch. When I returned home I was more than pleased. The workshop looked even better than I expected and the quality was first class. I mailed the girls in the office just to say how pleased I was and just one small thing, that there was one roof truss less than I was expecting. Unbelievably they offered to return the next day to put it right as they has another install on the east coast and could call in on the was back! They did so and installed an extra 2 trusses which made the workshop even stronger. I'm not sure where you would get that level of service anywhere these days. Absolutely brilliant. Chestnut are a family run business with standards far higher than much larger organisations offering similar products at hugely more expensive prices. I can highly recommend Chestnut and say the whole experience was first class from start to finish. Buy with total confidence. Thanks team. Eddie Croote Peterborough
