I had a visit from one of there reps he gave me a price for re doing my porch roof and replacing the tiles with white boarding £950 he tolt me the work would be completed in march 22 iat the end of may I phoned and was told it was in a queue he could not say when it might be done I asked for a return of my £100 deposit he refused I have sued the company the case will be heard on 16 jan 23 john young

The clock I purchased arrived well packaged and well presented! Works perfect and ready for my new home! Would highly recommend this company

There’s a lot of fake reviews on here, ordered a mirror, arrived wrappped in single bubble wrap only, item was cheap not as described and nasty not worth the money at all paid £31.50 I’ve seen the item in other shops for £14.99 but as I said not as described. Write review on item does not work on their site, this company is a con and offers no form of free returns if your item isn’t as described. Trading Standards or watchdog please look into this company.

Purchased a copper bowl. Price was excellent...free delivery. Arrived in super quick time and the bowl was even better quality than I thought it would be.

I cannot recommend this organisation, I have not received the item, we are way over the 3 business day commitment. I am in the process of disputing the payment but have not had any response from the company after numerous emails. There is no contact number so it looks like I will have to go through my bank. UPDATE

I was able to contact them through their holding company, the item has now been shipped and a refund offered, at least they’ve acknowledged the issue and attempted to make good. Fingers crossed the item arrives.

Ordered a drinks tray and heard nothing - contacted them on numerous occasions but heard nothing. This seems to be a recent pattern - could be a sign they are about to go BUST so think before placing any orders just now. I am about to claim my money back through my bank!!

Placed an order for some candles a week ago and haven’t received them or heard a single thing! Left messages on site but again heard nothing! If I could put no stars I would.

Ordered a throw, paid for said throw and was then told it was out of stock! Not impressed.
