Chemist Direct is very useful to my family; ordering online is so much more convenient. The service is excellent and the prices are usually cheaper than those of other suppliers.
The only negatives are probably things that can't be changed, e.g., delivery time, the fiddly process required for the legal consultation of a pharmacist needed for some items, and occasionally, products not being available.

Items were easy to find, quickly shipped and always right. Products I can't find anywhere else are stocked by chemist direct - very happy!

I have my medication delivered quickly and easily. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this online Chemist - excellent service.

As others have mentioned, you may save few dollars but the item won’t get delivered. Unfortunately had bad experience with their courier. Couriersplease didn’t leave collection card and took the parcel to some sketchy news agency nearby. I initially thought it’s a scam and now Apparently it’s my fault for not checking the tracking location. Deal with extreme caution, I don't care about the $10 postage it’s the principle that was broken and I got blamed for it. Avoid the hassle and buy it somewhere else.

Ordering from Chemist Direct was easy enough and I saved a few cents but that's where the good news ends! They use Couriers Please (check out their reviews to see how bad they are) and my order was NOT delivered to my home but instead I had to spend hours trying to chase up what was going on and had to go and get it myself from some random newsagency where the courier driver had dumped my order! Chemist Direct had a nice man in customer service who tried to help me but after all of the hassle I was put through I was offered a pathetic 5% discount on a future order! Are you kidding? As if I would ever buy from you again! Chemist Direct try and save themselves a few dollars by using Couriers Please but then put their customers through hell having to chase their undelivered parcel. It is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE to buy from Chemist Direct. Go to your local pharmacy and get better service, professional advice and save yourself the hassle.

Didn’t get my order/ said it was my problem or to contact my delivery company/ lost $400

Why so many bad reviews?? If you’re skeptical, don’t worry. They do deliver, mine wasn’t delayed. Good service!

Ordered items, was told “waiting on stock”, so agreed to wait. However after three weeks of waiting no supply, no follow up, so I put it to them “supply or refund”. They promptly refunded. Chemist Direct at least get a star for that, but if you “need” your order, then look elsewhere. I don’t order unless I need the item!

Poor, disinterested customer service. Had ordered previously a couple of times without issue, this time no delivery and customer service couldn't care less.

They have the worst return policy! How are you to know if a product is defective unless you open it? I have spent a bit of money in this store but that's over. Chemist Warehouse, here I come!
