Everything was excellent. Just one point to make, the tracking on my parcel didn't give me updated information, so I was unsure exactly when it was arriving. It arrived on time, so no problem.

How do I know the medicine is genuine?
HMMMM..........95% of reviews are three or four words not really saying anything and making zero mention of quality. To me it is of secondary importance whether my order arrives or how quickly. What REALLY matters to me most of all is whether it is the actual medicine at the right dose at the right purity. Why does no-one else want to know these things and how can I be certain of them?

First and foremost, we are a fully registered UK pharmacy. Our registration details are publicly available on our website, and we are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Under UK pharmacy law and MHRA regulations, no pharmacy can obtain or retain its licence unless it sources medicines exclusively from MHRA-approved, Wholesale Dealer Authorisation (WDA) licence holders. We strictly comply with this requirement. Our medicines are supplied by the same licensed wholesalers that supply major UK pharmacies such as Boots and Superdrug. In fact, our primary wholesaler's parent organisation, also owns Boots Pharmacy. This ensures that all products we dispense are genuine, correctly stored, quality-assured, and sourced through fully regulated supply chains.
Secondly, while many reviews focus on delivery speed and customer service, consistent 4- and 5-star ratings also reflect that patients are receiving authentic, effective medicines at the correct doses. If there were any concerns regarding product quality, authenticity, or clinical outcomes, this would be reflected very quickly in both feedback and regulatory oversight. Our logistics and customer service performance are an added layer of value, not a substitute for clinical and pharmaceutical quality.
