I love the website, u have great deals and discounts, I'm only talking about the vinyls. I see that you have amazing music, I discovered your website a week ago and already bought 20 records. Also the fact that you have a player and u can listen to the record before you get it it's perfect. Much less hassle than going in a shop. I only wish you had more stock, as most of the stuff u sell it's out of stoc

Prior to purchasing this item I contacted ChemicalUk to query availability of another item and the responses I got were quick and very helpful where they tried to see if and when the product would come back into stock. Unfortunately no more stock was to be received but I found another similar product. I ordered on the Thursday evening and although I did not pay any extra for faster postage and had the basic free postage the item arrived on Saturday morning, Very impressed with the level of service and speed of delivery. Thanks.

Brilliant choice at very reasonable prices. I am always impressed at how quickly orders get processed and mailed out and I have consistently been pleased with every purchase. Items I ordered were the cheapest I could find on internet and were in stock. Items were delivered quickly. Very good service.

Ordered some t-shirts Sunday night and turned up Tuesday morning so can't fault the service. Some great designs and completely satisfied with the products. Have also ordered from chemical previously and they have great customer service if something doesn't fit and you need to return. All in all highly recommended.

Based on my one experience, I would happily order from Chemical Records again. I ordered some clothing on Sunday night, chose the standard delivery option and received my order on Tuesday morning. Great service.
