Real rip off site

Eventually withdrew my winnings of £35 .. but before I was allowed to withdraw I had to make a deposit of £10 which I couldn’t with draw , so played bingo with it and lost Crafty cheeky bingo 😃😂😂😂 .. shame really as I liked this site

The withdrawal procedure is appalling. Verification process: why isn’t the verification procedure put in place BEFORE you are able to deposit funds. The site is quick enough to take your money but awful at processing the withdrawal. Communication is poor. I have been trying endlessly to upload verification of my PayPal and card details to know avail. I fully understand I might be doing something incorrectly but why not state exactly what I am doing wrong instead of sending a blanket automated response which is getting nowhere. I have sent emails with no response. I now feel in a position to take this to the gambling complaints commission for advice.

Dirty bingo. Disgusting people. They are changing to foxy on the 28th and I have £650 withdrawal pending more information. Iv sent everything they asked for and they email back saying they need the same information iv already sent. 3 times this has happened. Iv been scammed and I'm going to the gambling commission.

Bad site , I still paid and won nothing

Withdrawal of a total of over £250 after depositing around £50 as all I could withdraw. Never had a problem with it not hitting my bank account when it states they are all processed and completed. Play on few different sites and have had few little withdrawals and at least one of around £250 from at last another five other sites and have been there within 10 minutes of it saying its completed. Haven't really taken out of this site account, shocking

Won £380 on the 15th Jan and still waiting to see any of my winnings. After uploading document after document speaking to customer service online and by phone still nothing. Just finished speaking to someone again and it's going to take another 24hours to review. Happy to take the money but certainly don't like giving it back. Absolutely shocking... be warned if you win anything over 100 pounds it will take for ever and a day to see those winnings! And that's if your lucky. Update: have been paid my winnings but have now been blocked from playing, can't log in to my account at all... thanks cheeky what a wonderful company you are... think I'll stick to tombola

Back from a ban.. multiple deposits with 0 returns! Same old carp from this site. Used to be good many years ago. Changed for the worse.

I'm going to delete the app, I don't play often a fiver here a tenner there but the odds on winning nothing on their not so cheeky free spins for 4 weeks straight are akin to winning the lottery.

Ive come back on this site just to get some more vidoes of play! This is the worst site I’ve ever ever experienced. The fishing frenzy games are one big fat scam along with the big bass games. It’s impossible for any game to go an hour with no bonus! Numerous deposits and still nothing. There’s no gameplay. If and when the scatters come out there’s no fisherman catching any fish and if they do, it’s the smallest fish possible and only 1 of them. I really hope someone from the gambling commissions goes undercover on your site and sees just how rigged it is. Every single game is the same. Worst site I've ever tried .It's the same winners all the time. Deposited and spent money and welcome bonus without even coming near a win. So thought it was just bad luck and tried again. Same result. Save your money.

Logged on no problems went to deposit and told that I blocked myself???? Well, I didn't knowingly. So clicked the link to unblock and the screen was shaking. Came out and tried again same thing. Give up going elsewhere to play bingo.

My son is 6 years old got in to my account and spend all my money I had in my bank and cheeky bingo won’t give me refund and he is lefted me with nothing

I have an account balance they are refusing to allow me to withdraw.

Cheeky Bingo keep asking for more and more documents to verify my identity. The latest one they want is a photo of the front and back of my debit card.

Extremely suspicious behaviour. A complete scam.

I told them at the last round of verification documents submission that if they invented any more conditions, I'd take them to the Small Claims Court, which is what I'm now doing. They have my entire personal record and still won't give me my money back!
