Really a nightmare
Really a nightmare ! They informed that I will get my voucher by mail a couple hours later I get a voicemail and another mail saying that my refund/voucher has been denied by klm , wich is not truth , klm confirm by mail that I’m eligible for a voucher to reschedule my trip , my medical certificate was approved by klm .
People should be careful with this company they will screw you . The customer service is useless the whole company is scam be careful !!

I bought my ticket to Peru via…
I bought my ticket to Peru via cheaptickets but my son got chickenpox and I got the medical certificate from my doctor .
Cheaptickets en KLM both assure that im eligible for a voucher to use whiting a year .
Couple days later cheaptickets sent me an email saying sorry but your refund for a voucher was rejected please contact the airlines .
kLM assure to me one more time that I’m eligible voor a voucher but can’t be processed by me only via cheaptickets.
I called cheaptickets and every time I get a different respond , they are very unprofessional, they don’t help you , people do not buy through this company , they are not reliable.
First time and last time !!

Disgustingly Scamming and misleading
Scammers !!
This was a very frustrating experience.
My booking was changed to a date I never agreed to. When I tried to select a date that actually worked for me, I was asked to pay over €500 extra.
This left me with no real option but to cancel the trip. Despite not using the ticket at all, I was still charged a booking fee.
Changing a customer’s booking without permission and then charging them to fix it is not fair or transparent.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.

My flight Is Amsterdam-Tashkent
My flight Is Amsterdam-Tashkent. The ticket does not include checked luggage in the first part Amsterdam-Istanbul, but it does include it for the second part Istanbul-Tashkent. This is crasy since Istanbul is a transit point, so how it possible to get a checked luggage in the second part without havibg it in the first part? Your company must forseen such situation if the aircarrier plays such dirty tricks. Moreover, there is no possibility to buy checked luggage on your website. And on the top of this I still did not get e-ticket for the one way trip, while for the round-trip on the same date the ticket was issued.
