This is a scam
This is a scam, the worst. Give you a flight you think is the dates you ask for . Dates different and you can't cancel and credit can only be used by them. Then over charge you for the flight you actually needed....smh.....run....don't do it to yourself....spread the word

Unable to validate reservation for review. Sounds as though you purchased an 'alternate' date option that is offered on website for a lower fare and these flight option are highlighted in GREEN. We are sorry that you missed it. Changes to the dates can only be made within 24hours. After 24 hours airline fare rules apply. Ticket are non-refundable so therefor the only option to to change the date for the applicable dates of travel (additional difference in airfare will apply) or cancelled the tickets and hold for future credit per airlines rules. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.

First I have received that my flight…
First I have received that my flight got cancelled, which is because of the KLM airlines. However, the agent booked a re- routing ticket but the agent didn’t mention that there is layover of 18 hours in London and I accepted it. Now, no clue how the company would handle my compensation of travel during this trip.

I booked a flight from Istanbul to…
I booked a flight from Istanbul to Montreal through CheapOair and paid extra for a flexible, refundable ticket to avoid any issues if my plans changed.
Unfortunately, due to the war situation and unexpected circumstances, I had to cancel my trip. Even though I had specifically paid for flexibility and refundability, I was charged an additional $300 when I canceled. Every time I contacted customer service, I was told that the airline would not refund that amount and that there was nothing CheapOair could do.
This experience felt extremely unfair and misleading. I paid extra for protection and flexibility, yet when I actually needed it, neither the airline nor CheapOair provided the service I had paid for.
This was by far one of the worst travel booking experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this airline, and I also believe CheapOair’s customer service lacks the ability and willingness to properly support customers when problems arise.

On July 7 I book a trip to New York, After booking I realized I made a mistake on the dates. I called Cheapoair and they told me I could cancel and I will get a refund for $444 dollars, i never got it
