wow, the cheapest insurance company which I was looking from many years I finally found. Had good experience with them.

Paid for Gold cover which covers and I quote: Cancellation £1000; Curtailment £1000, Delayed Departure £150 and last but not least , Holiday Abandonment £1000. Ourselves and 65 other passengers missed our flight despite being on time and checked in because of the complete stand still at security in Gatwick. TUI the flight operator says it is not down to them as they are just the travel operator and these jokers say that none of the above apply because it was as a result of the travel operator! They wont even cover the long term parking loss of £40

Just paid for travel insurance and when they sent me the policy, I realised I'd made an error with the date of birth. Have tried contacting them but it seems they are non existent, just cannot contact them in any shape or form. I have had to take out insurance with another company. Waste of time and money.

First time I've ever had to use Travel Insurance. Was worried as it was the cheapest from money supermarket That I picked. Daughter got throat infection and had to be admitted overnight in Tenerife. 1 call to the claims dept and they advised what I had to do. Was expecting a big bill at the end but only had to pay my excess. I would have no issue going back to them for another policy.

TERRIBLE company in every way you can imagine. Also watch out for any of their subsidiary / sister companies. Do your research. You are mad if you do not read and take on board my comments:
You can never get through on the telephone (cost me a fortune trying)
When you eventually get through you talk to an idiot who lies to you
I sent countless emails that were never replied to...I spent over 2 months waiting for replies.
I sent in all the necessary documentation (and lots more besides) and my legitimate claim was eventually denied by way of a pathetic little email.
I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY NEEDS INVESTIGATION.
You get what you pay for. I have learned a lesson and will go for a company in the John Lewis "area of quality" in future.
Be aware!

Stay away from this company they didn't pay out on a claim I had whilst in Greece. I give them every piece of documentation and recipes they said they needed and they didnt pay out just sent a letter saying my claim would not be processed. Cost me £250
