Paddy was amazingly helpful and helped me get a substantial refund . Couldn't have been more straightforward . He was excellent at following the claim through to the end .

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! I have been waiting two years with one update in this time regarding my claim.
I called Chase Monro yesterday 8/6/26 and was told my claim was in the final stages and the lender had accepted my claim. I would receive a call from them before beginning of October 2026 with a settlement.

Today 9/6/26, I received an email from Grace (Customer service) stating my claim had been unsuccessful.

I will contact the Lender myself and find out if a settlement has been agreed or if they have actually rejected my claim.

I then called today and asked to speak with Grace, I was put through and then cut off.

Someone is being u truthful. This company is not to be trusted.
I will contact CAB and take action if needed.

THE MUPPET SHOW

If your reading this trust me if your thinking of using this company you should give your head a wobble, this company/staff are the worst of the worst, no clue how to do there job just a bunch of children in a office giving out attitude, leaving you in the dark with no answers regarding claims, threatening to bill you for there services even tho they physically don't do anything, they have been dealing with my car finance claim for 2 half years no response from them, when calling for updates they just act like kids laughing down the phone with the response of nothing we can do an if ya leave we will bill you for work, TRUST ME GO TO A PROPER RUN BUSINESS RUN BY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, THIS FIRM CHASE MONRO ARE CLOWNS AND WILL MESS YOU ABOUT FROM THE VERY START.

Chase Monro are AMAZING!

From start to finish, Chase Monro have been amazing! They’ve kept me updated every step of the way & answered any questions I’ve had, quickly too! I’m really glad Chase Monro dealt with my case & so happy to have had the amazing news that it has been a successful one! Thank you so much to Tom & the team!

Two years and counting

I’m only giving one star because there is no option to not give one. Do not use this company they leave you in he dark, do not contact you and I takes a very long time, they have been dealing with my claim for over two years and when I asked to withdraw my claim to do it myself they said I would need to pay a cancellation fee. They failed in every way, when I call they say your claim is with x amount then say it’s still not gone to court I have no idea where I stand.

As many of the reviews, totally agree with the lack of correspondence and updates. Made to feel as though it is not a genuine company and left feeling worried about the sensitive documents shared with them.

The last I heard from them after sending all the documents required was them accusing me of putting in another claim with a separate company with absolute zero evidence. They didn’t respond to my reply that this was completely false information. Struggling to see if even the positive reviews on here are given by the company themselves or if they again are scammers.

I read up that due to the FCA there would be a delay on all claims that the deadline had passed. Pretty sure I’m 6 months or more beyond that date now with zero contact from them.

Very disappointed with the poor customer service and waste of time and effort put in to filling in several documents and questionnaires for them. Pretty much accepted now that it isn’t going to happen. Waste of time and energy. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic Result

Chase Monro took over my claim from another claims company and since they have been in charge of my claim, they have been absolutely fantastic. I have been kept informed all the way through and especially when I emailed to get updates was not a problem at all either. The process is a long process but they got to the end result and I am more than happy with their help 😃

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service I received from Chase Monro Claims during my recent claim process. From the very beginning, they’ve been open, transparent, and consistently professional. I was kept well informed at every stage, with no vague promises or rushed settlements , just clear communication and realistic Chase Monro Claims took the time to explain each step thoroughly. They didn’t try to inflate my hopes or push for a quick resolution. Instead, they focused the on doing things properly, with integrity and care.

Their approach gave me confidence and peace of mind, and I genuinely appreciate the honesty and respect they showed throughout. If you’re looking for a claims service that values transparency and treats you like a person rather than a case number, Chase Monro claims is the one for you.

Dont Bother

Absolutely terrible company to work with, 5 years my claim has been going on and every single time it's me thats chasing them up, I've had 3 different "solicitors" working on my case as I'm only assuming they see what the company is all about and leave, I've emailed them AGAIN today I'm not holding my breath to hear anything back, terrible service!

Waste of 3years for Nothing!!

Like a lot of other people waste of time no reply’s to emails don’t answer the phone especially if you ring off the number they have on file for you, as I phoned off a family members and they rang back within 10 minutes thinking it was a new claim. To be told my case handler would ring me back within 48hrs no phone call off them. Did the same the week after and was told the same still no one has phoned me back ridiculous company to deal with!! Never again will I use this company and I would suggest other stay very clear of them too..

I made a car finance claim it has taken…

I made a car finance claim it has taken a bit of time but at no point was I promised a quick claim. Paddy made me aware of the time scales involved and kept me up to date when any updates were available. I have now received my payment today. Brilliant service

First started a claim for car finance 3…

First started a claim for car finance 3 years ago and got put forward for chase monro. The process did take a lenghtly time but I have now today got my compensation. It's not chase monros fault for the time process its the lender and evidence gathering. I cannot fault Paddy my solicitor who from start to finish engaged with me to update my process on the claim on a regular basis. We finally got the financial ombudsman to get involved and from then the process sped up. Paddy's guidance and reassurance was impeccable and if in future id need to do this again I would choose the firm. 😊 Just be patient!! All things good come to those who wait!

No communication at all

I didn’t choose Chase Monro, the initial company I was dealing with passed me on to them (as in I didn’t get a say). I had an email in June 2024 that my details had been passed across and chase monro had been dealing with. I heard nothing; I had to chase down my claim. I finally heard back at the end of May 2025, which said they’ll be in touch at the end of June. It’s now July, I’ve chased and got nothing back.

Adding that it’s now December 2025, I’ve been chasing since July and not heard anything back. The online ‘bot’ just leaves you in the 3 dots. From my emails I get a generic “thank you for your email, our team will come back to you within 24 hours”… they never come back to you.
