Our FA was on holiday and had very efficiently left us in the more than capable hands of Chantelle Ferguson in Brechin. Wow! I cannot praise Chantelle’s help more highly. She went above and beyond to make sure our funds, needed for the purchase of a house, were available bang on time. My daughter’s solicitor required a lot of verification from us and she sorted it all out. If only we had more Chantelles in this world,it would be a much better and nicer place. Thank you so much. I find Frank Durkin's guidance and advice very reassuring and helpful. Given my very basic knowledge about finance, it is very helpful to get information in simple terms. He is always available when I need guidance.

Well, they were very good for the 20 years. I was with them.. then suddenly I was expelled overnight for no obvious reason, leaving me in the lurch and bewildered.
I can only assume it was because I had the audacity not to accept one of their proposals which I took as meaning they weren’t making enough money out of me.

I was looking for advice on what to do with the several pension pots I had after retirement. I had had brief contact with Chase de Vere the previous year when I was considering retiring, but on that advice I waited until I knew exactly what I had. I was assigned an adviser, who contacted me quickly to find out what I was looking for, and to arrange a series of meetings. I feel that I received clear advice on investments and pensions that was appropriate to my circumstances and with which I am very happy

We met with Simon Walshe this evening via a video link. He was really easy to talk to and explained things in a very simple and easy to understand manner. We wanted retirement advice and he went through what options we have taking into account the finances we have. There was no hard sale, just a compassionate understanding of what we are hoping to achieve and how to get there. He gave us advice which didn't actually involve further action at this point but we will definitely be using him in the future when the time comes to get our pensions.

Tom Steele demonstated good communication skills and provided all the relevant information I needed.
He promised to give me a prompt reply to my queries.

Harry Steele provided an extremely friendly and informative session with me to explain my NHS pension options in a clear and understandable way. He laid out options open to me and gave me time to consider the ramifications with an offer to clarify things further as needed. I felt a lot better informed and much happier having seen him. He also was open to further discussion about investment opportunities as I needed them. Excellent work Harry.

Had a free call with Harry Steele. Talked through all aspects of life insurance critical illness cover and income protection as well as NHS pension etc. have decided to move forward on policy based on his expert recommendation.

Smooth transition, no delays, and if there was anything I was unsure about they contacted the solicitors on my behalf. It's the second time I've used them and would use their mortgage services again.

He then followed up with me to ensure I maintained that arrangement instead of opting for a complete remortgage.

I went for Chase De Vere as I wanted a financial overview and some financial advice with regards to income protection and James, Liam and Ollie helped me with understanding my finances better, as well as walking through the options and questions asked by income protection providers sensitively. They managed to find me a good income protection provider and were all very professional and helpful and patient with me.

I feel I have obtained very clear advice tailored to my individual needs.

This is the best financial management company I have ever dealt with. Yes they are expensive l, however they have been very attentive and I have done very well by them!
