From start to finish I found the whole team to be helpful, knowledgeable and very committed to giving an outstanding service. The quality and finish of the work has been excellent as has the communication throughout the entire works. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Lea the case handler was absolutely outstanding in her role, her organisational skills exceptional… we’ve been on the planet nearly 70 years and have not known anyone who is so professional in their work (a credit to the company) … also Dan who was extremely talented and very customer friendly as there was nothing that was too much trouble for him, the plumber’s & drying technicians were very good & most of the painters were very good too. Overall the quality of the work is outstanding and I really wish more companies could be as good as this team are. Thank you

The work was carried out to a very high standard, and we were fully informed when each trade was attending the site.

We had a car take out our front fence and took loads of plants etc with it.
Was contacted by charter property repairs instructed by our insurance company.
Fence fully replaced and painted to colour we wanted,brilliant service from the fence erector.
We have finally received the rest of the plants ,took a while to source but all sorted very pleased with end result. We can now close the claim.

After recently suffering a loss of water containment, we were left with significant water damage to several upstairs rooms and our lounge and dining room ceilings and walls. It was a really stressful situation, but Chris from CPR turned it into a positive experience from start to finish.

The people from CPR were excellent the whole way through our procedure of the insurance claim, They were all very helpful and kept in touch regularly to check on the progress of the work done. The final job by Bob was excellent. He was very friendly, polite and did a wonderful job. All round we were very pleased.

All of the tradespeople from CPR were very professional. They were helping to rebuild a porch as part of an insurance claim and painstakingly worked to ensure the rebuild matched the original.
