I just wanted to say a big heartfelt thank you to the team at Charter and in particular Lisa, Neil, Darrell and David.

From the moment our job was referred to Charter we were put at ease. All communication from the get go was outstanding, and we were kept up to date throughout from the initial visit by Neil, to regular phone calls by Lisa. Nothing was too much trouble and we were included in every decision made along the way. Every person I spoke to within the company was so very polite and helpful. You made it such a smooth process by confirming everything in an email, which is so helpful to have as a record. The repair work that has been carried out is just perfect. Darrell and David have done an amazing job, we are so pleased. It really does make such a difference.

Got off to a slow start which wasn’t helped by unforeseen problems with the bathroom and the company having to negotiate with my insurance company at every step.
Nathan John & Ash gave it their professional all and I’m truly thankful for that.

Worst company I've ever dealt with to say the least! Unfortunately we were unlucky enough to be appointed CPR by our insurance company to carry out remains after a water leak. Well, where do I start? Communication=zero. We have contacted them on multiple occasions (probably over 30 times) always promises a call back
Has it ever happened? Not once!
Work men sent to the property with no idea of what they needed to do. Not that he wanted to do anything, anyway! They have been appointed since the 5th of July and finally gave us the date of December 9th to do the plastering. Disaster! If there is any other option than CPR go with it. They have caused so much stress to my elderly dad it's heartbreaking! I forgot to mention about the asbestos.... You wrote about it in your reply but funny you never mentioned why the results took so long! That's because when we were chasing you up about the results and you kept informing us they would be through shortly, in fact you had lost the sample so after a 15 day wait you came back to the property to take another. And yes, we have accepted a cash settlement for the one reason-that it means we no longer have to deal with your incompetent company! Try to cover up the problems with your fancy reply, it's odd that we never got a detailed reply from you like this while we were chasing you up for the last 4 months!

The guys who came were great. They were helpful, very efficient and the quality of their work was very good indeed. they were also very polite, cleared up afterwards and help to iron out confusions with "the desk" as they called admin.
What was disappointing was the delays caused by the need for a valuation order, which, had their instructions from the insurer, or the way CPR interpreted them, been clearer this would not have happened.
there also appeared to be a mis-communication with admin as to who to ask to do the work and when.
However, it is all cleared up now and I am happy with how it all went overall.

Albert, Mark and Chris were a credit to CPR Charter. At each stage, they liaised with me clearly explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The standard of the completed work is superb. I did not hesitate to give them and the company a 5 star review.

Insurance Repairs.

The works were carried out to a good standard and on time.

The team at Charter Property Repair are fantastic. Neil the surveyor who we initially dealt with to the team on site was diligent and very professional. The workmanship is at a very good level and the decoration is of a very high standard. Let down by a rude office individual (John) another surveyor but otherwise a great job was done.

This company have been brilliant, always been very polite and friendly both on the phone and in person with myself and my mother in law. They kept us up to date the whole way through.A very efficient service. My mother in law is very happy with her new guttering. Thank you again.

All worker knowledgeable and very experienced. Excellent standard of work. Things organised and happened at the time scheduled. Workers very friendly and helpful. Charter's workmen were excellent! The standard of craftsmanship was extremely high and way above that usually seen in today's building trade. They arrived when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up properly after work. They were also pleasant and trustworthy, so, as a single woman, I was very happy to have them in the house.

Charter were instructed via our insurance company. Communication was excellent and they quickly sourced appropriate tradespeople to carry out the work. We had a ceiling replaced and new flooring - both works were carried out to a very good standard

My wife and I would just like to thank all the staff at CPR who worked on the repairs to our damaged property.
From Alison in the office who was always available to answer any questions we had promptly , to all the tradesmen who worked on the repairs . Their workmanship was outstanding , very clean tidy and polite.
You are all a credit to your company CPR

No idea what they are doing, no communication, never call you back and complete lack of customer care

Where to start... I had a leak in my bathroom so went to my insurance company LV with a quote from a bathroom fitter, LV thought this was to high so sent round Charter property repairs who looked at the damage and did a quote that was around 4K less than I had been quoted by 2 separate bathroom fitters. Anyway its all taken 11 months so far. LV are doing everything they can to get out of paying this claim. I contacted Charter property to ask them their availability to do the repairs as they have come out 4K less than my other 2 quotes. They have not replied to emails and when I call up the Boss James is never there and never calls me back. Its been nearly a year and its a been a horrendous experience. We are a family of 8 and have not been able to use the shower in our family bathroom in nearly a year. Do not use Charter Property Repairs of LV Insurance company!!!!
