Terrible - steer well clear
Beware - we have been terribly let down by this company and would recommend any potential customer to steer well clear.
We hired Christopher Edwards & Associates to carry out a full building survey (level 3) on a property we were looking to buy. Their report was fairly complimentary, only highlighting some minor defects. On moving in we have found extensive rainwater leaks, mould, timber decay, and numerous other serious defects that should have been reported in the survey and weren't. It has so far cost us tens of thousands of pounds to repair, not to mention the months of stress and disruption, much of which living in squalid conditions and/or without a kitchen or plumbing.
The company have taken zero responsibility and offered us no support when we raised the issues with them. They have been adversarial from the beginning, and it's clear we'll need to take them to court if we want any recompense.
