I wish I could give a NEGATIVE STAR! By far the worst company I have ever ordered from.
DO NOT SHOP THERE. I PROMISE YOU I AM SAVING YOU FROM COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANGER.
I shop on line regularly for most of my apparel, and have never had such a horrible experience. Not only is the customer service a complete joke, but the products are EXTREMELY CHEAP and POORLY manufactured...and good luck trying to return anything.

I hope this advise is taken seriously and you all reconsider before buying anything.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....I ordered a hoodie for my 27 year old son for Christmas and it was too short in the sleeves as well as the waist. I emailed the company ON Christmas day and told them I want to return the hoodie. Their return policy is the worst of any companies I have ever dealt with. I was required to hang the hoodie up and take pics of the front and back and email the pics to them stating what is wrong. They then told me that they would review it and let me know where to send it back to but I wouldn't receive all of my money back...they would keep the shipping cost I paid and I would also have to pay to ship the product back to them. They told me that after I ship it back I had to contact them and tell them that they received the order. After 22 emails back and forth I still haven't received my money back. Their emails which are poorly written keep telling me they are working on it and would take five weeks to refund me....they received my order on Jan 8 so it has been longer than five weeks. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Even tho their reply email to me said they never scam customers and that they are a credible company....i say, hogwash!

never ever buy from them !!! the clothes are in poor material so bad stitched !!!! And you know what ? I've bought for 100 € of clothes and when I saw how ugly they were I wrote them to send them back and get a refund, they agreed, I've paid 35€ to send back the clothes and they never refunded me !!!! they told me yes ok no problem, yes wait please, wait wait wait, and then no response..... what a bunch of thieves....

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! I'm in the process of getting my order now and it's been 2 weeks. After reading all these comments I wish I would have read them before ever clicking on this page. Quick to take your money but as soon as you have a problem they never answer. This site shouldn't even be on an option on Google search. Ordered a sweater for my brothers birthday and by the looks of it I'll be getting it by his next birthday.

Took four months to arrive... Wrong size.. Wrong colour and a completely different jacket! Do not order from this site!

Zero stars if it allowed me. Please do not order from this company. Just go to Zara.com for a coat. I purchased a $100 coat that came in three months later. Poor quality and black stains. I’m extremely disappointed.
The company says satisfaction guaranteed, but that is beyond true. They haven’t even responded to my emails.

I ordered a leather coat for my adult son for Christmas in November. didn't receive it until after first week in January. I sent 4 emails to them without a response. I ordered an Extra Large male coat. What came didn't even fit a medium female. Poor quality with labels written in Chinese. Not sure it is even leather. I sent an email to return and they did get back within 48 hours and said if I returned it , would cost me $50.00 for shipping-which I paid $71.00 for coat. So not even worth sending it back. This business is a scam. Do not order anything from them. Not worth the minutes it takes to order from them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.....these guys are based in mainland China, which is where the stuff is shipped from. I ordered a fleece for Christmas for my son....it turned up after Christmas and is of very poor quality: very cheap material, incredibly badly made (seam has split from the elasticated waist during transit) and the supposed 'large' is at best a medium but more likely a small. I have asked to return the item and been told I must send it back to mainland China by post....I'm not allowed to use UPS, DHL etc. which means the return will be effectively untraceable....so on current form they'll deny receiving it and I won't get a credit. I've raised a dispute via PayPal but I'm not hopeful of getting anywhere without a disproportionate amount of effort.

Poor quality. Inaccurate sizing. Obscenely long shipping ... and don't even think about getting your money back.

Made a purchase for $315 worth of product the week before Thanksgiving. After numerous emails, and spam inbox replies (sent at 2-3am), I finally received one of my packages. What was in those packages where the most cheap, non-fitting goods I’ve ever seen. I’m still waiting on the other things I ordered, but I already know what’s coming. Smdh, TOTAL SCAM; I would love to meet the “Charrcter people in person”. They even block/hide on IG once you’ve made a purchase through them. Fair warning folks, don’t send them your hard earned coins!! 🤬😡

I waited almost 6 weeks to get my shirt/cardiggan. When i opened it up and pulled it out of the bag. I thought it was a halloween costume. It was made of the same material. I ordered a medium which must be a ASIAN medium cause it wasnt even close to my size. Emailed them with no response back. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. That is exactly where i put it. I should have read the reviews first. My bad!

Complete scam!! After over a month I still have not received my order that I paid for express shipping. I have attempted to contact this company 5 times and no response. I plan to file a dispute with my credit card company for the items I never received . Do NOT waste your money!!

My experience is quite the same as below. Ordered jean jacket for adult son in a Medium after consulting their size chart. After initial order confirmation, radio silence for weeks! several emails later still no jacket. Received jacket and it would be too small on many Children let alone a 6' 1" 175 lb man. Contacted the "company" immediately and was told the same to "re-gift" it and accept a $15 refund when the coat was $59.00. I believe that the reason for the delay in shipping is so you have to pay your credit card bill prior to receiving the item, thereby missing your opportunity to dispute the charges. Scam, Scam, Scam!

Horrible customer service and business in general. I also made a purchased on this site and when it arrived about 35 days later it wasn’t the whole order.

Scam artists. Send wrong items and refuse refunds until items returned despite asking for a refund prior to dispatch

AVOID!!!! Will not send order, horrible company. Been waiting since November. Complete scam.

EDIT: Finally got the item. Its like 50% as good as on pictures they use in descrption.
