Excellent 1st time purchase they didn’t have my size what I ordered they rang me and asked me to pick another and they sent stright out next day delivery brilliant service

I purchased a “Casablanca” T-shirt from this company on the 2nd June, I’m 99% certain the T-shirt is fake yet I paid £140 for it and there website guarantees authenticity. I submitted a return request on the 13th June and received an email to say:

Your return request #4561F02635324 for 1418 has been received successfully.

You will receive another email with further instructions once we review your request.

I never received a further email with how to return… I have sent a follow up email to which I received a very very unprofessional email back which just said “what’s your order number” which I sent and then then said they would email me the next day with instructions on how to return, again this email never came… I have sent 2 follow up emails and had no response. Absolutely shocking customer service and I will be taking this further.

My products ordered were nothing like the photo shown when purchasing and even a different colour, olive green was ordered and black was delivered. when trying to return I was timed out as to it only being 14 days from receiving them. how can this be when not even the same item as ordered

Fake clothes!!! Gave them a chance to sort the issue out and received no response

Fraudulent, Counterfeit selling company.
I write this to you today urging you to please not buy from this company. Check them on companies house before you even click on their website. Or have a chat to the chatbot and see their shameful grammar. This is a scam scheme. I received counterfeit items, not within the specified delivery date, from a company called Farfetch.com when I ordered from charmingvogue.com. I have reported this to the police & action fraud. They refuse to refund me.

Waiting on refund. They have received my parcel and will not respond.

Paid extra for next day delivery and still hasnt arrived after 3 days
