I spent £60 on 4 figures, never arrived. Tried contacting multiple times, ignored. And I didn't get an email past the confirmation. Bought almost a year ago.

Items never arrived and no response to any of my emails. Got a refund through my bank, thankfully.

Really abysmal communication- as in 0 communication. I’ve sent multiple emails and had no response. It’s been almost a month since I placed my order and I’ve heard nothing from this shop since.

I ordered two times before, and got the products. I then preordered one more and guess what? It never came! I preordered in October 2021 and it’s now October 2023... no one answered my mails, the phone doesn’t work.... I’m planning to ask the bank cuz it seems they only send products when we want our money back. Wish me good luck...

I pre-ordered a product in March 2022 that was due for release that summer. I received an email from the seller in July 2022 stating the product release was delayed to October 2022. It is now October 2023 and I still have no product and no responses to any of my emails since then. I have given up hope of ever receiving it... money down the drain :-(

Be Warned. My son ordered from this company but the item never arrived. He had sent about 20 emails but no response. This company still shows as active on the Government's website with the Director being Elizabeth Mary McColl from Ipswich. I'll be reporting it to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and the Police. They are scammers and should be taken off from the internet. They will be more victims to these scammers are allowed on the internet!!

Avoid them like the plague.
Ordered an in-stock item, so expected it to be dispatched in a reasonable time, waited 2 weeks, and still no dispatched email or eta.
Used their contact form and emailed any email address I could find, and waited another 2 weeks with no response.
Contacted the bank for a chargeback, the bank gave me the money no problem, one month later have contact from the bank, CharmingSushi seems to think I'm in the wrong now for asking for my money back for an item they didn't send me.

I've ordered from CharmingSushi in the past and bought from them at conventions to no issue.

However, I've not received an update for an pre-order item i placed online a while ago. I've sent messages on Facebook, Instagram and used the contact me button on the website and still not had a response, which is very concerning!

As i said good experience in the past made me pre-order from this seller, but now i 100% would avoid.

Ordered an 'in-stock' Shuna figure on the 16th Jan. Mailed their support on the 24th as it was still being prepped, I mean it's in-stock right? No reply. Mailed their support on 2nd Feb, no reply.

On the 9th requested Paypal refund the item, which they did immediately.

Not going through this hassle again with this company.

I placed a pre-order and paid the deposit and shipping fee for "Okami Shiranui DX ver. Nendoroid" on the 23rd November 2021,with the expected release date being September 2022.

Towards the end of November this year, I realised that I was yet to receive any form of correspondence regarding the order - no final payment request, no shipping update, no correspondence whatsoever. On the 24th November 2022, I sent an email to their Contact email adress requesting an update on my order as the product was, and still is, in stock on their website. This email was ignored.

On the 1st December, I reached out again through the website's "Contact Us" form requesting a cancellation of my pre-order due to the lack of correspondence. That, too, was ignored.

Again, on the 7th December, I tried to contact them through their website's "Contact Us" form. I also sent an email to 'Elizabeth's' email address as on their website it says to contact her regarding complaints, etc. I am still yet to hear back regarding these.

I just want someone to confirm that my 'pre-order' has been cancelled and the deposit and shipping money has been refunded in full as this is through no fault of my own. This is their fault due to lack of communication. I have tried to raise a claim through PayPal but this has been refused on the grounds of the item being a pre-order and not paid for in full. The funny thing is, just above their 'Contact Us' form, it says that they aim to respond to any completed form within 72 hours.

I have sent the same email today to their Facebook page, contact email address, 'Elizabeth's' email address as well as their 'Contact Us' form in hopes of prompting a response from someone as this is beyond a joke.

My order never arrived - have contacted them 5 times through customer service, my order #6416.

It's a Christmas present and it was really important so what a disappointment..

Zero response at all. Terribly horrific customer service. This is a scam business that clearly cannot handle people's money and their own business.

I ordered two Kirby Paldolce Figures (stock item not pre-order) from "Charming"Sushi as an anniversary gift. No tracking code or any updates of the order.

***This was ordered in advance, before the UK postal strikes so I may understand delay but there are no updates on shipment.****
After a month of placing the order, not only the anniversary had passed, I have tried to contact the business through their website, I tried emailing to the company as well as Elizabeth and dm'ed via Instagram.

There are plenty of other customers like me (look on Instagram and Facebook comment posts) who have their money taken and no way of getting hold of anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Oddly despite no replies to contact from myself or PayPal and me getting a refund from PayPal, they then sent the item and it has been recieved with no issue. I have informed PayPal as well.

Like others on here I've recently (September 2022) had an 'in stock' order not come through and had to raise a case via PayPal to get a refund (PayPal refunded me October 2022)
No response to emails or the PayPal case.
I think that something has happened to them over the past year - they were a small independent, and the store front is running itself but the actual back end and fulfilment is non existent.
Shame, but avoid to avoid disappointment.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago (I’m stock item, not a pre-order) no one is replying to me tried multiple times on email and multiple social media. No phone number available. No reply! Do not send them your money! You won’t receive anything :(

I pre-ordered an item in September 2021, and any attempts to contact the seller has led to zero reply on their website and social media. The item is now available in stores and I have yet to receive my order. I was able to claim some of the items cost back through paypal, but the pre-order fee was paid too long ago to make a claim. Do not trust this trash website! The only reason I purchased from them in the first place was because of their high rating on this site!

Brilliant, ordered a Gen Asagiri figure as a treat and it came so fast. Well packaged, no issues with the transportation, no marks, and easy to assemble. Even though I've been an anime fan for nearly 15 years this is my first figure and I'm really happy with it. I'd never heard of charming sushi before but I am soooo glad I ordered from them! If they sell more Dr Stone merchandise I will probably be back.

Ordered a figure from them. I order 48 Hour no tracking since if was the cheapest option. On their site they say that no delivery should take longer than 5 days. As I am local (as in live in the UK) I thought I would receive it pretty quick. Ended up not receiving it ever. After waiting 6 days I contacted them. No reply for 5 days after that. That's when I decided to issue a refund and get my money back. There was no update about shipping at all and never received the product. Horrible site.

Product was wonderfully packaged with fast delivery. Thank you so much!

Item arrived promptly, was very well packaged and couldn't be happier!!

PreOrdered a figure back in November, still no updates in may. sent 3 emails and DM on Instagram but radio silence. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP THEY ARE A SCAM
