Oh my god. Like so many people I do wish I had read the reviews on this business before I purchased from them. I feel emotionally bruised and battered from my experience with them.
Despite the website being unclear on the sizes available in stock, I was pressured to put the purchase through when I discussed my requirements over email and on the phone, with them assuring me they had the curtain brackets I wanted. Once they had my money it was just one string of lies after another.
First I was told they did not have the size I wanted after all and they would have to make it. Weeks go by, they told me they shipped only to ask me what size my requirement was again after I pestered them that they hadn't arrived. More and more chasing till finally I get a notification that they've been shipped. Except that the wrong size arrive. I ask for a refund. They tell a replacement would be on the way in two days. Nothing.
I'm short, they keep pushing you by a couple a days or a couple of weeks till you forget you even bought something, or give up.
When I finally decided to Google the business's reviews and learned what was happening and this wasn't just happening to me I actually felt validated. Thought I was going crazy till then.
I now know the brackets I ordered will never arrive, can chase a refund through the bank and report the business Ombudsman.

I too wish I had read the reviews. Like so many of you I received the wrong product then was told lies about delivery dates, tracking notes and replacements. Another example of an individual using our perception of names/logos/branding to seem legitimate. Do not trust this individual.
High quality solid brass curtain pole at competitive prices - delivery a little slow
I bought a solid polished brass curtain rail. The item has arrived and I am pleased as the quality exceeded my expectations. This is much better than the faux-brass ones in Dunelm which are made of resin.
It took about 3 weeks to arrive so I would advise you to be realistic. Maybe management should be better at managing customer expectations. I do not mind waiting for a quality item which is competitively priced.
Excellent outcome
After sending a message on a Sunday i received a call, and a quote from Curtrax Ltd not Charles Rowley which, threw me a little. After doing a bit of digging on companies house and looking at these reviews i was a little sceptical. However, i can say that this company have gone above and beyond to facilitate an installation at short notice. Despite the challenges of the postal services at this time of year a succesful instal was achieved. The communication & products were second to none. Thank you, i look forward to working with you again.

DO NOT use Charles Rowley. They are nothing more than frauds and scammers.
The chances are that they will not have stock of the product that you order, despite this not being clear on their website.
You will wait weeks for them to get stock to fulfil your order and you will be fed lies about when your product will be back in stock.
After waiting weeks for my order, I asked for a refund and was ignored for days.
After confirming that I would pursue legal action should my refund not be received I was told not to send threatening messages to them.
It was not until I called them consistently that they got tired of me and conceded to give me my refund.
Avoid these clowns at all costs.
If you have placed an order already, contact your bank and get them to make a chargeback.

Liars and fraudsters
The wrong product arrived weeks late. Each time I called and emailed about receiving the correct item I was lied to about a replacement being in the post.
The person subsequently either ignored my calls or pretended to be two different people.
Awful experience, terrible human being, worse customer service.

My item didn't arrive for 2 weeks, I then chased up and was told it would be delivered a week later, a further weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I have then chased three times for a refund and all emails have been ignored. Safe to say don't buy from this company

Not a company I would recommend as they are fraudsters. They do not refund regardless of what there policy states even when they have the items returned to them.
Stay away from the site and his eBay shop. Total fraudsters and untrustworthy.

What an absolute scam and disappointment! If only I had looked here first! Ordered a solid brass curtain pole with all the accessories, never turned up. Had a quick response to the email I sent but it was clearly all lies! I've just seen them on Etsy now, no doubt scamming other innocent consumers!!
Terrible scam company
Terrible scam company - Placed order in May and it never arrived. Currently in the process of doing a visa claim back. Never answer emails and phone line is not connected. Do not buy from them!

The phone number on their website does not exist, but you can call them on 07834 171072. Although he will probably never take your call. I only have this phone number because when payment would not go though online, they messaged me directly to help take payment.
I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. 5 weeks ago I was told that the order would be shipped the following day. More lies the next week about it having been shipped but tracking number not yet updated on their system. Following that no one will answer the phone even when I called multiple times per day.
Even if you do get through to them they will just lie.
