I could never have imagined such a quality
I could never have imagined that by buying shoes online today, I would be able to get the services of a real old-fashioned shoemaker who could customise shoes in the colour I wanted, which wasn't even in the catalogue. Not to mention the incredible kindness, understanding and patience of Eva from customer service. Absolutely rare and remarkable.

I ordered this on April 25th and it’s now May 10th and it still hasn’t arrived. I was under the impression shipping would take 7-10 days. While I have been tracking it’s progress it still seems to be a few days away. Way too slow!

WARNING IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS LOST
WARNING!
When you make an order and the package gets lost or stolen the support is very bad will not help you to make a reclaim or nothing.
My package is still gone and I made an police report and everything and still they can’t help me.
It the senders responsibility to make sure it gets delivered to the customer hands.
They buy the cheaper version and send it to your door and not to a postal agent even though I did not accept that.
So be very careful when ordering from THIS WEBSITE.
