Broken down Leather with a sticky feel
I received my couch after a month and it looked as described with some mentioned fading from sun exposure.What the seller failed to disclose was the fact that the Leather had broken down over time and had a very sticky feel.I thought it was from the shrink wrap that was used for shipping but after countless applications of cleaner and conditioner the sticky feel remained.I had a Leather specialist look at it and he told me the leather had broken down.This was past the 48 hours allowed for a return so I have reached out to the seller and was told the couch was in great condition when shipped,sorry.This is not true and now I have a $4000 couch that you stick to !The name of the seller is Casual Elegance.They have offered no solution

Chairish is gradually losing my business. Less than impressed
Chairish is gradually losing my business, both as a consumer and a Trade professional. Pricing is not competitive with other sites for the same items, and only by being a squeaky wheel clamoring for help, did I finally get shipping information or any progress a full month after purchase. Now my latest purchase arrived damaged and I don’t think the delivery company was prepared for the weight and logistics up stairs. No dolly, no straps. Currently awaiting instructions on how the damage will be handled.

Pictures from seller were not accurate . …they didn’t show damage done by a cleaning agent not normal wear. Only resolution I got was a discount offer on next purchase.. really? As if I would buy from him again
