Have been trying to get a viewing on a property listed with this agency for nearly 2 weeks with no reply to emails or phone calls!!! Very unprofessional and quite embarrassing service!!!!!

Chris Pook and Matt Wynn provided professional practical advice when my rental property needed updating. Matt organised an excellent updated kitchen and redecorating throughout. It was completed in 5 weeks at a reasonable price

Really disappointed at Cooper Green for their lack of attention to key facts and inability to manage sales for their clients.
Have been looking at many properties, have told agents we are looking at buy to let yet in 4 viewings with them they have not arrived with info on rental values, they refer you to their Lettings department who you then have to try and catch in the office! We found a property with them that we wanted a second viewing on which they did not arrange then when we eventually re-requested it and put an offer in the vendor chose the other offer, same value worse position, as they felt we had been not that reliable as our process had taken longer? Now we think the property is back on the market and we have not been proactively approached by CGP and they have not responded to an enquiry I sent regarding it being back on Rightmove in the last 2 days. We have made 3 purchases in the last 7 years and have not experienced such unprofessional service for both the vendor and purchaser before. Lots of young and seemingly inexperienced, poorly trained staff in the office, very inefficient operation. I hope they can take this experience constructively and review operations to make improvements.

disgusting vulgar language heard from the staff on the high street in shrewsbury today a older gentleman proceeded to tell a young girl she looked like a prostitute for putting a poster in a for sale building. It’s very clear they hire just any body, no professionalism in the slightest wouldn’t trust them to be around children as the girl was clearly young.

Really attentive ...great service and on the ball ...found tenants each time, kept us informed at all stages and advised when we were not sure what to do...really pleased with the service given ...Will, Ellie, Amie and all the staff very helpful

Requested a viewing and they never called back!

I have rented several properties with them and I have to say they have been excellent every time. They have a person responsible for maintenance who does a great job at getting the right person out to fix it in a timely manner. Having rented with others, they are by far the most professional rental agent. Never had a problem with them and no, I don’t work for them. The best in town imo.

We had been looking for a new rental property as the current landlord wanted us to leave. We contacted Cooper Green Pooks to view a few properties. They were so helpful in explaining the situation regarding the current difficulty due to the laws changing and there being fewer properties to rent. They spent the time with us to go through each property we could apply for and told us that when anymore come up to call as soon as we had seen them. They helped us apply and told us what was needed to attach or include.

They that theyswould ured to send us reaboutnders on viewings and were fantastic when showing us the homes. They would explain everything that was relivant or needed to be know.

The application process was straight forward and if we did not get a property that made the time to let us know. Which most other estate agents did not do.

Though we did not get a property with them their service was fantastic and impectible.

They will be the first I call when I look to buy a home or rent again.

Appalling company. Definitely one to avoid. They rip people off and have a really bad reputation. Avoid this one!

Customer service from this estate agent is nothing short of shocking. After registering interest in several rental properties, they can’t be bothered to even acknowledge the email.
Just don’t bother, they strike me as being arrogant & snobby.

On a recent house purchase, Cooper Green Pooks were fantastic. Special mention has to go to Sarah Elms, who allowed us to arrange several visits to the house before purchase, for quotes on jobs we knew were needed and was always prompt in her replies to any other queries we had.
I have no hesitation in leaving a 5 star review.

Cooper Green Pooks made the process of renting out our house easy and seamless. We didn't have to worry about anything, and they dealt with all issues, whether major or minor easily and without a problem. Their customer service has been excellent and they are a very friendly and professional team.

Cooper Green Pooks are present when needing to take money when you first move into a property but are sadly as present as the Wizard of Oz once you're there. Numerous emails are left un-replied since I moved in. It's currently April and still trying to contact them since January/February, yet will receive sporadic emails recommending other properties to rent that maybe of interest. No I'd just like to know if I have a recycle bin and if my neighbour has access to my flat.

We have been using the services of CGP for over 10 years; for letting and sales. They have been superb in every way from regular communication, to negotiation skills to being hands on, sorting out issues with the properties. They work very well as a team and have always been incredibly efficient in the jobs, often going over and beyond every expectation.

If I could leave zero I would. Liars crooks thieves. Unprofessional now off to arbitration. So not use them at any costs.

Awful service, avoid. Lies from start to finish. 1st to view, requested to secure property, submitted application. Told would have response by end of week. Nothing, then the following week told we were now 1 of 3 that Landlord now wanted to meet and no further viewings being taken. That they'd be looking to schedule something with Landlord the following week. Cue another 3 weeks of nothing whilst CGP obviously carried on doing viewings only to be told now that the Landlord had reviewed our recent application and decided not to proceed. Thankfully found a much nicer property as I'd rather give my money to Putin than these cowboys and Landlord. Shambolic
