If I could give a -5 I would

If I could give a -5 I would. I have been trying to cancel this account for 3 months and keep getting a run around at customer service. They say I have to speak to another person. They say, yet a different person. Then they promise a call back that never happens.Then they have to verify my account and start asking personal data. In the meantime I am being charges hundred of dollars each month for a service that I have stopped using. When I was using them, fees were running 10% for every transaction!
STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
