fraud -charge you new and sell you bad used product

Cellxpo shipped me a bluetooth with someone's initial scratched on it
My desired rating is zero stars, but I have to use the 1-5 scale. Cellxpo.com is shipping used merchandise to people, but not indicating on the website that the merchandise is used. I ordered a Jawbone II bluetooth device, and it had someone's initials scratched on it. This is so very unsanitary. They are committing fraud. DO NOT order anything from Cellxpo.com. It will not be new.
