Lied about phone being unlocked
Sold phone as unlocked but it wasn't. Cost me 700.00 to replace phone. Don't buy from them. You spend more in the long run.

Ordered a phone early October. Website states delivery in 7-10 business days. Attempted to contact them through their own website form for a status, got no reply. Reached out again to cancel, no answer. Then I reached out again to cancel... again to no reply. Fast forward to early November- the phone ships with zero input from my cancellation requests. After I've already found a competent source for a new phone. They cannot comply with their own statements on delivery, they have absolutely zero customer service. This is a fraudulent business that does not care about their customers at all, and should likely be shut down, as they do not have the staff to perform basic duties, such as customer service.
Purchased phone with extended warranty. Received it with screen burn in but it didn't bother me so I kept the unit. Later I sent back with multiple issues but no fix as the water indicator was triggered. There was no check if the damage was related to water damage OR if in fact this had occurred. Just rejected even though at least one of the issues could not possibly have been related to water damage. If you buy a used phone just buy it cheaply somewhere else as you cannot rely on a warranty with these guys.
When I ordered my first phone, I never received it. I called about it. They said that it was delivered to my address. But, come to find out fed ex delivered it to the wrong address. I called cellular country about the situation and they were supposed to check into this. But, when they said that it was delivered to me, but was delivered to the wrong address, that they couldn't refund my money. I am very unhappy with cellular country. Never heard from them again about this. My second phone, is not all that good either. It freezes up, it gets too hot and it had scratches all over it. I am one dissatisfied customer. I will never again order anything from them again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Fraud company.
Sent me a phone that shuts down repeatedly for using Google Map. Complained, polite for the 1st time, sent me a replacement, though with the shipping cost on me.
This time a Crack at the bottom of the phone (they say its a Mint condition), Camera & many features does not work. complained & got Rude answers, no returns.
Better avoid anything from this fake company, though there were many negative reviews & few positive review I took a risk & had to repent. Go for a cheaper phone than buying a scraped phone from this company.
they do not deliver products in a timely manner. customer service is a joke. would never do business again. I'm sure if one of the idiots working there didn't have a phone for a week it would have been the end of life as we know it.
