I was a Cellbes customer for 3 years and 90% positive experience until my last order. I selected faktura as payment method. My total at check out was different than the faktura price. They added a 19: admin fee. The fee was not on my order or delivery confirmation. I thought it was free until I placed a fake order and saw the fee is ONLY mentioned (in small print) AFTER you select the option. But the fee never showed up in my summary, at check out or in confirmations. Then, when I called in they refused to help. The next day my order shipped, which means they still had time to make changes or cancel. They just chose not to. I'm no longer a customer.

Everything went well. Package arrive in time lucky to pick it up. The articles bought are much better in reality than looks in the photo. They also fit well.
