Everything went well until I got my phone. I am an old lady and it is hard for me to learn new things about today's smartphones so I prefer to be old fashioned with a computer and just a flip phone. I purchased a new Motorola v3 and the whole processing of the order and purchasing was great and the package came on time, little did I not notice that when I went to Verizon they told me that I couldn't activate phones like these anymore and that I should try to either return the phone or use a different carrier. None of the other carriers were helpful and they all wanted me to move to smartphones. So I decided I am going to return the phone and when I called cell2get a very nice representative told me that I have to place a return on the website and they will email me a label or address to send the phone back. So after I sent it back I noticed they charged me a restocking fee and now I'm left with no phone and I am forced to buy a smartphone that I'm not sure on how to use them.

I wanted a phone with a physical keyboard, which is very hard to find these days, so I was looking at older models. I ordered a Motorola Droid from Cell2Get and it worked great. There was just one problem: I had neglected to check that my carrier supported the phone, and it didn't, which was entirely my fault. So I returned the Droid and got a Blackberry instead, which works with my carrier.

Cell2Get was great about exchanging the phone, and was also very helpful in explaining why carriers only support certain phones.

Gotta say that it really was a pleasure doing business with these guys. I'm a cop and its important for me to have a phone on me all the time, though when I called the company to ask how quick they can ship to me the Motorola z4 force they told me that's it'll take 2 days to arrive after you place the order ( and I didn't even mention to them that I'm a cop and I need my phone asap just to see whether the reviews were right or not about the shipping). So when I went online and placed my order and paid that extra overnight shipping I really did get my phone after 2 days when I placed the order. I didn't have a phone 3 days prior to that because I was searching online what to purchase. Anyhow it really was a pleasure buying from them and I am looking forward to make more business with these guys.

Excellent experience! But make sure you do your research before buying from them. I went and baought a lg g8 from them about 2 months ago, i paid an extra of 10.30$ for ground shipping and got it within 5 days. So far when i got the phone i noticed it had a shadow screen to it though i didnt return the phone i decided to keep in an a hope it will go away. Time passed and the shadow didnt go away so i decided to return the phone, i called customer service and the representative told me that it has been more than 14 days since i got the phone and there is no way to return the phone for a refund but he told me that he could cut some corners and exchange the phone for me if i want to. So i accepted the offer for an exhange and after i sent the phone back i decided to read about the policy of the return, as stated you do have 14 days to send the phone back for an exchange or a refund but because the representative was very nice with me and i was fair with him and was honest i got great customer service and they were willing to exchange the phone for me. Overall you have to agree to the terms and conditions of the website because i read some interesting stuff over there and also make sure you do further research on the device youre looking to buy! I had a good experience with cell2get and i am looking forward to get more phones from them.

Pathetic. I ordered a Verizon hot spot on Dec 28. It is now Jan. 19 and all I've received is the order #. I've called cell2get multiple times with no answer and no return call. I've emailed them as well. No information and no contact. Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered a phone in early December, and went days without any shipping confirmation at which point I sent an email. The next day the guy (this is a one-man-show) emailed and said that it would ship that day and be there by Dec. 9th. I asked for tracking and he told me to call a number and ask for the tracking...very odd. Once I got the tracking, I tracked it each day and was happy to find it was going to be delivered Dec. 8th - one day early. The 8th came and went, and my tracking showed it delivered to a city / state over 2,000 miles away. I threatened a charge back, and then the guy called me all frantic saying that he would overnight one the next day, and I told him he had til 12pm the next day to supply me with the new tracking. 12pm came and went, and so I called him. I asked what was up with the tracking, and he acted like we had not even spoken before. Finally his memory from less than 24 hours prior came back to him, and he said he would possibly get one out that day, and that it would arrive by Christmas. This was Dec 9th, and he was guaranteeing the phone that he said he would overnight by Christmas. I then reminded him about the overnight shipping promise that he made just 18 hours prior, and he said that he would not do that. I then asked for my money back, and while I got it back, it took approx 5-7 business days.

I think that the guy never had my phone, and just used another customer's tracking # to buy some time. So all in all this guy is a fraud and should not be trusted. Horrible customer service, and should not be in business.

Do NOT purchase from this merchant. I was looking to buy a new Pixel 3 XL and found one on their website. What I was actually sold was a used Pixel 3XL. Nothing in the description on the website indicated it was used or refurbished. When it arrived in a box that was not a pixel box that should have set off alarm bells. About a month after I received it and activated it I started having problems. Bluetooth would crash every 5 to 10 seconds and this would turn off wifi and mobile data. The phone was unusable. I called Google technical support and they looked up the phone by IMEI number and they told me it was registered to someone else. I am trying to return the phone to get my money back. I will update with further details

Good people and staff is very friendly. I got my phone on time and as expected.

I shopped for a cellphone here and after 20 days they sent a phone with less storage.
And it was a gift so I didn't open the phone in time to do the exchange. The whole experience was the worst one I had so far.

Will never go this website to buy a phone. They did not even package it in a proper box - and it had no headset. Can't repeat it enough the worst place to shop for the phones.

This is definitely the best website I've ever came across tho it does have its issues when it comes to chipping because they need 2 days for order processing but at least I get my phone on time and celltoget truly know how to make customers satisfied.

This is a highly recommended store to buy phones from online. my overall excperience with them is great, just the shipping is a bit late.

They promised a new (blue) Note 9, regular shipping 3-5 days.

I called after 10 days, they indicated they'd ship the following Friday. They shipped a used Note 9 in black, I received the unit 3 weeks after ordering.

I was then told to ship it back at my expense with a promise to cover shipping costs.

Not a chance. Not with the word of a company that has been deceptive from the start.

Wish I'd read the reviews but at a glance they seem good.

I wouldn't do business with them again (obviously)

Great customer service and very pleased with my phone. Delivery is not fast, but for the fantasric price, I can wait a few extra days! I inadvertatly ordered the wrong phone, but Melvin was kind enough to exchange it for the phone that matched my network. My replacement is all I had hoped for and I have zero complaints. Very happy with the entire experience and recommend Cell2get as great alternative to purchasing your phone direct from the major carriers. Great product - great price - great customer service!

Great company overall. The people behind the scenes are really doing what ever they can to make things better for the customer. I for example just bought a phone from them about 2 months ago and the phone just stopped reading my sim card even though all that time it was working perfectly. I called the representatives and tried to see if they could somehow fix the issue for me. And the representatives were so nice and sweet and even though I had my phone for more than 14 days (which is the limited time you get to either send a phone for a refund or exchange) they were still helpful enough to exchange the phone I had with no charge. The only complaint I can give them is that their website is outdated and don't accept PayPal or other online purchasing methods besides credit card, and shipping takes a while. So far I can only recommend these guys!

paid extra for shipping asked for tracking checked and found out it was not put in the mail I asked why they don't send out till Wednesday the was almost week I told them to ether mail that day or return my money instead if selling me the phone I got my money back DON"T BUY FROM THIS MAN bad co.

Those guys are amazing and they really do care a lot about customer services! The whole experience with them is great but their website is a little too outdated and not very welcoming to purchase.

THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY ARE scam artists who sell you one thing, deliver something totally different from what you ordered THEN once you return the wrong thing they sent, they refuse to issue you a credit for your initial purchase. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Had good experience overall! I called them to place an order over the phone. The representatives are nice and ordering process is quick. So far everything is good! Can't wait for my new phone.

Great for the service and price! You definitely get what you pay for here. Cell2get are the best company that knows how to do business olnine and sell good quality phones for the lowest price as possible! I myself used to work as a manager at a retail phone seller and i ask myself for real how do these guys make a profit from selling them so cheap? Overall i really recommend them!
