Quality of jackets fur is cheap. Photos are deceiving. Website says you can’t return items?!?! It’s law you need to allow a customer to return something bought online as who knows what’s gonna arrive!
I tried numerous times to contact to get support with a return but no response yet.
Still waiting.

Really disappointed with my purchase only 1 out of 4 items as described. The others were poor quality and I am still awaiting a reply on returning them. The site says no refunds given. May not even get a store credit. Still awaiting a reply to two emails sent. Really disappointed and a waste of money!

I needed a thick hair band for my new haircut. I have naturally curly hair which I have had cut short after 20 years and an acrimonious divorce. I love it. That is my hair, my new life, and my pink hair band. Perfect.

I've paid for next day delivery and my order still hasn't come yet, it has been over a week now. I'm really disappointed that this is happened as I wanted to use my item today😭.

my bag turned out bluey/purple, when its supposed to be black like the other one i have. Not happy.

Honestly so pleased with the service. I was reassured with three emails in the past 24 hours regarding my order confirmation, shipping and an email from Hayley saying it was on its way! I was nervous to order my small Kiki black Un Voyage Graffiti bag since I'd seen so many negative reviews about slow delivery and even people not receiving items at all! I ordered my bag yesterday with next day delivery and it arrived this morning at 10am! Very fast delivery and I'm so happy with my bag the quality is amazing. Thank you so much to celeb threads I will definitely order from you again xx

The GG bag is great quality.

clothes arrived quickly which was good but the sizes was way bigger than the size I thought I was buying I tried to contact regarding this on a few occasions and got no response so I'm going to take it further at this point. I wouldn't use them again.

Customer service is appalling.
I order a bag via next day delivery and paid £3.95 for delivery.
The bag was dispatched on Monday but didn’t arrive until the following Saturday!
Email twice during that time.. no response! Asked for a refund of the £3.95 I spent on next day delivery. No response.

The bag is cheap quality but for £25 what do you expect so I can’t really complain about that. However I will 100% not be buying from CelebThreads again!
