Celebitchy has become a caricature of a gossip site. If one likes "their" favorite celebs, royalty, etc. you can comment 30 times a thread. If you write a dissenting opinion, or worse yet, rebuke the writers, beware. People say stuff you would not talk about to your closest friends. They show absolutely no balance, and in so doing, show their bias. As others have said here, long time commenters have disappeared and anyone with a modicum of fair play is shouted down with such clever retorts as "Is that you Kate?" (fill in the blank with the current crop of people Kaiser dislikes). I'm done.

This site is toxic, hateful and judgmental. I was done with CB yesterday when one poster made a comment that having friends in both parties, Democrats and Republicans, was a part of being a moderate in the United States. The responses to this statement were outrageous, bitter and sometimes cruel.

Several posters supported the post, but the majority were harsh and unloaded on her. Here are a few comments.

It's just the tip of the iceberg. Politics aside, some celebrities are good, some are bad and be very wary of going against the stream. Males over 50, particularly if they are white, are entitled abusers. The presumption of innocence is nonexistent when its a woman's claim of abuse over a man's protestations of innocent. Given the current "Me Too" culture I can understand the rage, but not all men are rapists or are capable of it.

Gossip is frivolous and fun, or should be. CB is none of those things and has not been for a long time. It's turned into a sanctimonious, narrow-minded site with a borderline Fascist mentality.

Celebitchy used to be a fun site. Now it is nothing but racist black women who spend all day attacking white people on pretty much every thread. There was one yesterday where if you didn't think J-Lo deserved an Oscar for Hustlers you were just racist. That is how it is on there and if you try to respond they just block your comment which makes all the racist ladies even braver.

I have been reading CB for over 7 years at least, it used to be a fun place with funny writers and then it changed. Especially after Trump was elected President it was as if a mass culling of posters and readers took place. All of sudden you couldn't agree to disagree, if you didn't worship Angelina Jolie and hate Jennifer Aniston you could kiss your post goodbye and have it either instantly deleted (happens when she IP bans you) or it go to moderation hell.

Now are new one to obsesses over is Meghan Markle, and the hate that Kate gets from her and in the comments its disgusting. She will let through the solitary negative comment regarding Markle so everyone can pile on and attack the person. Its like the BORG with the hive mentality of the comments that are allowed to through on the website and its sad. She is no feminist nor are her commentators but are rather man hating women who also can't bear to have anyone disagree with them without resorting to name calling that you are a racist or misogynistic.

She also will post days OLD stories especially on the RF to give her something to do and most of her posts regarding them re-direct back to the Daily Fail only giving them more hits. I guess whatever brings in the money. If you want funny gossip go to D-Listed ti takes alot for you to be banned there as in be a true troll.

** UPDATE**

This SITE should be reported for hate speech at this point in regards to Kate Middleton and anything she does, her survey initiative is written off as dumb, her photography skills are stolen, and worse of all her users (and these are the posts she allows through) allows a member to compare the treatment Meghan received to that of the Nazi's against the Jews. YES and on Holocaust remembrance day no less.

People need to stop going to this deranged woman's site when the page hits stop she will be stopped, along with Not A Sugar and Nic919. The group and its members are abhorrent, sexist, bigoted and repulsive and Kaiser leads the charge with all of this nonsense.

This site continues NOT only the hate but will now come to other blogs that call out Kaiser and her members on their BS. Its beyond ridiculous how far her members go to harass others over Kaiser's censorship. She even admitted recently on Twitter she deletes and bans any commentary on one Meghan Markle most of the time she does allow some in that will verbally abuse the individual (for the individual to be told to go some place else if you don't like MM) yes this did happen the other day. Another poster was called stupid for defending Kate Middleton and William over tax payer dollars.

Please don't give them any clicks and if you must use an ad blocker they repeatedly beg on Twitter to please turn it off because much like Kaiser's mind they are losing revenue and members. But that is what happens when you run a censorship piece of crap and have the audacity to call it free speech. How is it free speech when it is all the same opinion?

I was banned a long time ago from making comments. I guess you are not allowed to like Brad Pitt or dislike Markle. There is no give and take on the site. You must think as the managers think. (ie:Kaiser person) I really didn't want to even give it 1 star.

Celebitchy is just a cynical outrage factory. The writer covering British royals rightly complains about the racist tabloid press but nearly every one of her posts covers an article and a link back to the Daily Mail or the Sun. She boosts the signal knowing that her regular commentators, most of whom seem to be overly invested in the lives of select celebrities, can’t help but click on that garbage, get their fix of outrage and self righteousness, then come back to their site and get involved in flame wars. Meanwhile clicks and ad revenue keep rolling in. Feminism, “smart escapism” etc is just false advertising. The reality is Celebitchy makes money by promoting toxic media content... and not only that - they also make money for the tabloids they supposedly despise. If you try to ask about it, your comment gets deleted. This site is as trash as the media they sneer at.

Can there be a star less than 1?
Kaiser has absolutely destroyed a once upon a time fabulous site which was held a group a diverse opinions. In the past few years the site has taken such a drastic turn to a Royal FanFiction page where if you disagree with anybody you are banned or have your comments erased.
There is no room for opposing views or objectivity. You must hate Kate, William and love everything Meghan and Harry do. It’s absurd, toxic, childish and everything that mental health professionals warn you about getting involved with on social media. Stay away.

I stopped clicking on this site about a year ago , do not need the negativity or hate spewed by the writers. Irrational hate towards people she does not know personally, maybe jealous-thus the copious amounts of endless vitriol - certainly unhappy with herself . It stopped being a smart site with smart comments from readers few years ago . Rita !!! If you are out there , your comments were the best !

This is so crazy. I love celebitchy but they have really crazy Angelina Jolie and Meghan Markle fans. I noticed any of my comments that says anything remotely decent about Brad Pitt or anything but glowing words about Meghan Markle get banned.

A lot of the "woke" commenters are super aggressive bullies and quick to call people racists who don't agree with them. It's a pretty toxic environment on some posts and Kaiser seems to encourage it by letting the biggest bullies comment and harrass others while censoring other points of view. It use to be such a fun community but a lot of the commenters and censorship is way too intense!

Celebitchy needs to fire Kaiser, who is racially prejudiced, and an online bully who regularly attacks Brad Pitt, Jen Aniston and Kate Middleton. Kaiser deletes comments regularly and silences any commenter with critical thinking skills, who isn’t obsessed with Meghan Markle. As a long time reader, I am now boycotting.

All those witty remarks Kaizer writes are lifted straight from Dlisted. I found the site back in 07 or 08 when MSat and Jaybird were writers and Kaizer was nothing but a commenter. Once she was elevated to a writer there that’s when the site went down hill. She’s a woman who preaches feminism and all that jazz but she’s about as much a feminist as Trump. Her tone changed when she was called out and attempted to be softer. But that didn’t last long. She back peddles and most every post is like Pinterest. Her story to make you relate which is all bull then she goes in on breaking down celebrities like she’s Freud. The tag line about how escapism can be smart? There’s no sign of intelligence from the writers to the die hard commenters such as Kitten- who very well could be Kaizer since she does the same routine. Holier than Christ yet full of vile hatred. If you’ve been banned or had a comment deleted take that as a good thing. Kaizer doesn’t want anyone on the site who has more than a few brain cells left. It’s a hive mind community lead by a highly insecure woman who has to reduce others to nothing to feel better about themselves. The site posts old news especially when the daily mail covers the royals as much as Kaizer. And it goes without mentioning from another banned site it was revealed Kaizer called a poster’s work, she works from home, and attempted to have this woman fired for disagreeing with her. You’re not safe from this woman.

The most unwelcoming and toxic echo chamber. Some of irrational hate and vitriol is seriously disturbing and they take themselves very, very seriously. If you don't hate the Kate Middleton or buttons or don't hate the same celebrities as Kaiser don't bother to comment. The attacks will be quick and nasty. Kaiser is also a lazy writer who rarely fact checks and has a nasty streak. The snark there goes beyond snark and there is nothing fun or entertaining about the site.

Oh wow, I'm thrilled there are others like me who used to read and enjoy celebitchy. I have also been censored and my comments deleted when I question the conspiracy vibe of the writing. The over the top hatred for certain women (Kate Middleton) and the ridiculous obsession with buttons. The many posts that only piled on to the conspiracy theories and everyone-is-racist agenda. I've also been stalked and harassed by otaku fairy, who thinks everyone is a misogynist, yet my comments get deleted when I point out she is a troll. Celebitchy has become a bitter, angry place for bitter angry women. Moving on and it feels so good.

I used to be a loyal Celebitchy reader and have in the past enjoyed the wit and cleverly worded snark from their writers. My boyfriend used to joke that I got most of my current affairs from Celebitchy. In the past 3 years or so, the tone of the articles has taken a decidedly nasty turn under the leadership of the new head writer, Kaiser. There is an irrational hatred from the writers and commenters alike towards a few people that Kaiser considers persona non grata. A few examples of people who seem to have personally offended Kaiser: Kate Middleton, Jen Anniston, Alicia Vikander and Benedict Cumberbatch’s hapless wife. I get it, it’s a celebrity gossip site but the tone and messaging in the blogs about these celebs spew vitriol and make it seem like Kaiser’s beef with them is personal. Kaiser’s agenda, it appears, is to be perceived as the wokest blogger in the stratosphere and she sets about trying to accomplish this by stanning Meghan Markle and branding everyone who’s not fawning over her idol as racist. The hatred towards Kate Middleton has to be seen to be believed. I’m no Kate fan but she mostly comes across in worldwide media (outside Celebitchy) as a harmless, media shy, socially awkward woman with an unfortunate choice of husband. Why the hate, Celebitchy? Kaiser is no feminist, she constantly pits women against each other based on race, beauty, marital/parental status. She accuses women who partner up with her ‘celebrity boyfriends’ as having trapped the man with a baby. There is also a bafflingly illogical loathing of women who sport bangs or wear buttons. And then there is the matter of creatively limited, cringe inducing nicknames like Royal Polo baby, Comet Sophie, Unicornification of Amal, Katie Keen etc. But the main reason I have boycotted Celebitchy is the banning/blocking of commentators/comments that don’t agree with Kaiser’s own bigoted viewpoints, even when politely expressed. I used to go to Celebitchy several times a day specifically for the comment section where there were many regular informed commenters (QQ, Sixer, Almond Joy, Virginia Corolianus) whose wit and insight I admired. They have all but disappeared, no doubt either blocked by Kaiser or having grown tired of the hate language and opinion policing. Hope Celebitchy replaces Kaiser or gives her a reduced role in running the site before she completely tanks the readership of what used to be a really fun & savvy blog.

Started reading and enjoying this blog many years ago. It’s been going downhill these last couple years, though. The tone is very angry and irrational. So tired of hearing Kaiser complain about Kate’s “keenness,” or her buttons. The last straw for me was an article featuring Lupita Nyong’o and how her dress was the only nice one among all the other “white nonsense” (ie. the dresses worn by white people). STAY AWAY! Life is too short for a steady dose of this site. Kaiser must get off on the divisiveness she creates. Don’t call yourself a feminist Kaiser when you constantly pit women against each other.

The writing is loony and conspiracy-theory heavy while simultaneously writing credulous regurgitations of patently made up tabloid stories. And the comment section is just as bad as it filled with rabid stans who parrot the writers’ conspiracy theories.

Oh, and the blog creators remove or moderate and don’t allow any comments that slightly disagree with their conspiracy theories. So all you will see are what they approve.

I got blocked for not throwing hate on Kate and not idolizing Angelina. Everyone who is intelligent and has a differing opinion ends up banished. Loved Eric’s political and legal comments, which were thought provoking and educational, but he must have been banned because no posts for a few months. You also have to hate on white, wealthy people or you are decimated. It’s too bad, because I fit that description, but I am a liberal Democrat who votes to help those not as lucky as I have been.

Today is the last time I’ll ever go on this site. Kaiser is pseudo intellectual with the writing experience of a 12 year old. I would go on from time to time hoping it would be more like the old days, but the journalism just got worse with the same boring topics dragging the horse till it’s dead. The nicknames she gives celebrities are offensive to me only because they are as unimaginative as they are unfunny. I do however find it hilarious how inflated her ego is! For someone so thin skinned that they have to delete any comments disagreeing with their opinions she really thinks highly of herself! ::sigh:: It must be nice to be that delusional.. Hope celebitchy along with Kaiser eventually fade into oblivion and disappear from the internet for good. This has turned into such a trash site and not in a good way.

I started visiting the site about seven years ago. Not every day, or even every week, but regularly enough. Most of the articles were of no particular interest to me, but there were always one or two that were "fun" enough.

Then, a few years ago, I noticed that the tone of the entire site - including the comment - was becoming more and more unpleasant, full of puerile "jokes", usually directed against the same individuals. Certain fixations began to appear (again, involving always the same individuals). The tone grew increasingly nastier, the posts were more and more biased, more and more... There is no polite way to say it. OK, maybe there is: more and more intellectually challenged.

I suspected that the site must have changed owners or something, so I started paying attention to the authors of the posts. Again and again the same name appeared: Kaiser.

I don't know who exactly that person is, nor do I especially care (I imagine it would be easy enough to find out), but I do know - because she makes it clear enough - that she seems to have an inflated opinion of her own intellect (quite typical of those who lack it), so she makes no attempt to hide her lack of capacity for independent thought, her fixations, her risible hypocrisy - or even her blatant racism.

As many others, I suspect, I started avoiding the site, only returning from time to time, in the hope that something had changed. Instead, I discovered that the insanity had become rampant. It was quite edifying to see that "Kaiser" a fixation against buttons (yes... buttons, especially on any outfit worn by Kate née Middleton); or that outrageous racism is not only freely tolerated, but encouraged - as long as it is directed against "white" people.

If you can imagine a high school "mean girls" circle, parochial and endowed with zero intelligence, you get the exact picture of what "Celebitchy" has become. They have become a laughing stock, but they are not nearly intelligent to see it. Or maybe they are just cynical enough in their greed, thinking any click is a good click.

Visit at your own peril - remember, you only have one life to live. If you do visit - as I occasionally do - to laugh at them, at least make sure your ad blocker is on.
