Genuinely the biggest scam going!
How anyone can sleep at night working for this company is beyond me!!!
Ripping hard working people off is an absolute an absolute disgrace!

Ended up with a CCJ from these guys despite having registered my car at the coffee shop I was in. I appealed with the receipt from my purchase to prove I was there. They ignored and claimed they sent me several letters when they didn’t. I got hit with a CCJ instead and left no choice but to pay £310 to cancel the ccj as the only other option is to set aside and fight against it in court which also cost £315. Had to choose the easiest path forward but feel sick to my stomach that this company gets away with this.

Shame you cant give a minus star rating. Got a ticket for parking in a car park with zero lighting, no signs, no barriers and no obvious pay machines. I got the PCN while I was out of the country so was completly unaware un til I returned last week. I missed the appeal time, I tried to call them but the number comes up as not listed. I went to the address given on their website, they have not been there for months and left no forwarding address. I tried to contact BPA, they are as much use as Civil Enforcement. I have now reported them to POPLA and Companies House. I hope they get a good sh*fting.

Hi. Can I ask . Has anyone actually not paid?? My elderly dad . Was apparently!! Park in the next village from 7pm at night until the following afternoon at 1.49pm . No photos no proof . Appeal put in but not had anything from 16th Dec. Until this week. Now received a letter.payments increasing. We've been to the police . They have take dads car details with concerns over cloned car. And told to look at email at bottom of there letter . Which we have already tried . Very frustrating 😕

ZERO - What a shambles of a business. How can they remain affiliated and legal. No contact details. Can’t appeal as apparently out of time despite first letter received today. Complaint won’t process on their site either. Do I risk not paying?

I am going to drag them in court no phone number no email to contact them. I was at work miles away and they say my car was parked in their car park for 2hrs and 30 minutes. I do not know after marriage I ever had 2 and a half hours spare to park my car at a random car park to disappear for this long time. Idiots I was at work not in your car park having party. I should com0lain ab9ut these fraud guys.

Disgusting company. Literally dropped someone off in the same place I have been doing for 5 MONTHS!!!!! A mother whose child attends my child’s nursery. Can’t even appeal as has select options to do so and if it’s none of these, then it’s your loss. This company needs to be shut down. No way of contacting them to discuss anything. I’m sick to my stomach as a single mum that’s trying to help another single mum. This country is going down that pan!

Scammers, crooks what else can I call them without Google publishing my review I wish I could use stronger words. If you get a fake PCN from this company do not give in to their bullying tactics they do try on the hop you just pay it. Know your rights. I hope one day crooked companies like this get shut down!

This company should not be allowed to operate. Its whole design is to trick the driver who may have inadvertently or desperately for whatever reason parked in an area controlled by this company.Once the driver has been caught on camera the website and the company design is to maximise the amount of money to extract by deception, supposedly sanctioned by law. I did not get the first parking ticket.There are ridiculous and unfair time limits on the appeal process

I was an invited school chaperone at Whitstable Castle and followed the Castle’s own written instructions to register my car. Civil Enforcement Ltd still issued a PCN, which triggered a £10 admin fee from my leasing company. POPLA (independent appeals, ref CRM0389642) upheld my appeal and confirmed CEL had NOT issued the PCN correctly, so the charge was cancelled. Even after being proven wrong, CEL repeatedly refused to reimburse even the £10 they caused me to lose, hiding behind a blanket “we don’t refund costs” policy and telling me to chase my leasing company instead. In my view this is a shameless, buck‑passing operation that treats innocent motorists with contempt and refuses to take responsibility even when an independent body finds them at fault.

Absolute disgrace that companies like this are allowed to operate. Cowboys, rip-off merchants, thieves, crooks. No lights in the car-park, no signs to be seen, had no idea that I was supposed to pay anything. then a letter arrived telling me that I've been fined £100. Outrageous and disgusting. Shame on these people. Should be outlawed

I have received a letter with a pic of my car etc saying I owe £100 and that it was a reminder notification! however this was the first I knew of it (it was related to a gym visit where apparently you need to log your vehicle in the gym and i didnt). I don't dispute the ticket as such and absolutely would have paid it, had i received a previous letter. The fun then started when i thought i would contact them but that is literally impossible - no e-mail address, no number and cant even try to appeal because its says the time has gone by to appeal and i am not even wanting to appeal but i refuse to pay £100.00 for something i am only just made aware of. I did find an e-mail address and sent an e-mail but that bounced back saying not delivered and i have tried to have a go contacting them through the complaints process but every time I go to submit it says please try later. If anyone reading this does know of a way to contact them then do share the details. It is just not acceptable that there is no way to contact them . I will happily pay the original PCN but there is no way to engage with them. This is the first time in my life i have ever done a review like this and i have been alive for some time !

This company are an absolute joke, sent appeal this was acknowledged then never received anything until a letter informing us the fine has now increased to £100, there is no email or number to contact them and also cannot appeal the appeal as the option has disappeared. This seems to be a legal scam company, something needs to be done.

Civil Enforcement sent me a letter for a Parking Charge Notice of £100 to pay within 14 days without allowing me to appeal. I did not even receive a letter from them before about the charge. And there is no contact number for them to reach them.

Civil Enforcement Ltd in Liverpool is a liar and scammer. I am not happy paying the £100.

I have had a PCN notice come through from this company for my daughters car! The car was not in the car park they say it was in, as I have been storing this car at my local Asda car park and paid for this service, they have completely ruined our surprise to give her the car for her17th birthday in 2 weeks time. I good onto the website and all you can do is pay the fine and not raise a dispute with them!!! SCAM ARTISTS!! NO NUMBER NO EMAIL NOTHING REPORTED TO THE POLICE!

Their appeal link doesn’t recognise the PCN number on the letter they sent me, strangely though it recognises it when i go through their payment link !!! No phone number or email address to contact them, so I’m not sure how to progress this further. Does anyone have an email address for them ?

Any contact number or email for this peice of work company! Doesn’t recognise the pcn number but when you go payment process recognised it just fine!
