My account was only recently setup with them. This is a small sample of my experience, but there is too much to say:
Not Verification is comparatively slow, and registration is convenient yet slow. My money was stolen, all of my cards were blocked, and support was unable to assist me. Until I turned to TONELIMITED for assistance, I was able to get all of my money back.

This site is a scum.
I ordered a vinyl on 01/04/2023. I never received a confirmation email following the purchase and nobody's answering on the site's Instagram profile or their Email address regarding the order's progress. It's safe to say that these people are not legit.

Good customer service!:)
Although, I gave them my golden star for the good customer service already, I also wanna share it with fellow vinyl lovers as well.
I experienced super good customer service with CD Market. I was replied quickly, even when they did not know the answer to my question they took the time to talk to the suppliers to find out. I know I can be quite demanding sometimes but they put up with it:) I will definitely keep buying from CD Market! Thumbs up.
