Ordered a key for Premiere Pro

Ordered a key for Premiere Pro. Once paid I got a message it will be delivered within 10 days. This is unacceptable. How is it possible that a key needs 10 days to be delivered. A key can be sent by email. Not to be trusted at all.

How to order x1 Carbon gen6, but receive gen 5 and lose 1 month to get your money back (not the whole amount)

Instead of what was ordered from the seller on March 12, 2024 Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon, Intel® Core™ i5 de 8eme génération, 1.60 GHz, 35.6 cm (14"), 512 ssd, 2560 x 1440 pixels in "very good" condition
They sent me x1 carbon gen5 core i5 7gen 128gb, full hd in condition, in my opinion “poor”.
I received: stickers on the keys instead of a new keyboard or engraving (causing the backlighting of the keys to become invisible), scratches and abrasions on the case, light spots on the screen indicating impacts to the screen, and even dirt in many of the crevices (which indicates that the laptop was not even cleaned before sale).
When I demanded that the seller exchange the wrongly sent product (I was naive! =)), this did not happen, but I was generously offered a discount of 49 euros, but not an exchange of the product (which clearly indicates that the ad is a cunning deception) I didn’t agree, and then spent about a month just trying to get my money back that I paid for the laptop, since just communicating with the seller through the website took a very long time, because he answers every message you send and any simple question in exactly 24 hours ( why not, if the store regulations allow it). In addition, there are no ways to contact either the site administration or the seller, other than the online form on the site. And also, it is unknown how long it will take for them to compensate for your transportation costs for returning the goods to the seller - I’m still waiting, although I sent the receipt and check from the postal service to the seller on March 21, 2024)
p.s. A month later, the ad also appears on the website, although the description no longer says “in very good condition.” Something tells me that the site administration is clearly in no hurry to take action against such fraudulent methods of sales, although they clearly saw my complaint.
Since the site administration does not allow such reviews, I am publishing it here.

Very poor customer service when a…

Very poor customer service when a seller fails to fulfil a sales contract correctly. If you are lucky enough to find a good seller on the platform, it's great. But when a seller fails, the support in dispute resolution from CDiscount is non existent.
