Horrible website experience

Horrible website experience. They sell to other countries but customer service refuses to talk to you in english. Why sell to different countries then? I see here in the reviews that suddenly when it comes to bad reviews they can speak english... The website constantly adds a subscription to your order even if you don't want it. I do not recommend buying here!

Terrible company with even worse customer service.

Terrible company with even worse customer service.

Shipped my package with poor packaging. Was delivered completely destroyed. Would not work with me on replacement.
Return shipping costs would only be paid back in store credit. Hello baguette restards it's not my fault.

Edit: It's funny Damien, that you now all of a sudden can reply, and also in English, very strange how that works when you make some noise on the internet.

You can keep my money, I think your company needs it more than I do, with the way you handle issues like this.

automatic active membership

It is weird that my membership was activated suddenly two years ago and I need to pay for it every year. I only used their service once during two years, while every year the website renews my membership (abonnement) automatically. I called their service and asked why my membership was activated two years ago and I got no answer. I asked if I can get refund for next year membership, the answer was no. They said due to french law they have the right to do so. Ok so customer experience is very awful in this case too.

Please avoid this company! They have no protection for your money and items. Their contragents, are unreliable and like in my case, I didn't receive my item and was frogged....

I fell for this scam company. The product review system. The mentor on WhatsApp contacted me, we started the tasks. Suddenly the "package" bonus pops up and brings the balance to negative and for you to continue, you need to transfer the money. The algorithm starts smoothly and slowly with the package bonus once with a small amount so you transfer like USD 100. then so-called randomly the system increases the package bonus. So the balance is high enough for you to be tempted to cover the negative balance and then when it comes to withdrawal, they come up with different policies and tricks to either make you transfer about $3,000 fine to release your money. My case was that I transferred over $9000 and when the task was completed, they said that because it took a few days to complete the task, my funds were frozen until I paid the $3,000 fine.

The mentor on WhatsApp never mentioned the deadline and every time she pushed me to borrow money from friends and family, told me to take my time and that there was no rush. Now she blocked me on WhatsApp and I have no access to anyone except the chat that they keep saying to pay the fine to release my money.

please, do the needful and I am ready to share the website, the transactions, and the content to take action and to give me advice through this case
if anybody is taking legal action I will join you!!

Being scammed by cdiscount company

I applied for a online job and the next day Sylvia replied
I started the tasks without any deposit then I got a package task then deposited 685 then completed the mission and then withdrew it
Then in task 16 I got package task then deposited 2865 then from 16 to 32 got package task of 7105 then deposited it, from 32 to 36 got package task of 15567 I stopped
Please help me to lay a complain, to get my money back

Welcome to the middle age

I've been selling through Cdiscount's platform for a few months now. It's a terribly user-unfriendly system that seems to be from the 1980s and has never been updated.

When you contact support, your request is ignored for weeks before you receive an automated response or a meaningless standard reply. If you try to reach your account manager, they are often no longer there. The new account manager never responds to your emails or calls you back for scheduled phone appointments.

Useless.

Update: The response to this review says it all. This company is unfamiliar with self-reflection. They pass you from pillar to post without making any real effort to help you.

I was also a victim of a scam. I paid in R22800 plus they needed me to transfer an additional R16000 to complete the task. The principal keeps WhatsApp messaging me to complete the tasks. Please do not fall for this scam. Everything in done via Tether crypto n there’s no way of getting your money back. The website is cdiscountmall-shop.com

I fell for this scam

I fell for this scam. I was contacted on whatsapp 23 June 2024 by Corinna who introduced herself as the company agent. I was given tasks to complete on 23 June 2024 and suddenly had to fulfill an order for a merchant using my own funds from the bank. I had to use R800 to buy 40USDT from OKX Cryptocurrency to fulfil a so called package order. Order was fulfilled and I was paid back the commission plus the R800 I used from my own funds.

On Monday 24 June 2024, I fulfilled 3x package orders worth R44 000.00 and could not fulfill the last tast 38 of 38 as it required R78 000.00 to be transferred from my funds.

It's not easy if next to impossible to contact Cdiscount. No contact details like a landline, mobile or email address just a form to fill in. So one can only rely on a review platform to lay a complaint.
